The apartment is nice, comfy and spacious. We stayed for a month and especially appreciated the workspaces and the good amount of storage. The location is great: many eateries nearby and walking distance to a mall and the monorail, so one can easily travel downtown. Communication was good: when we had an issue, we received a response promptly and were helped out fastly.
Regularly there's a stench coming from the washing machine drain (presumably, not 100% sure about the source) and it can sometimes be quite hefty. We're not very fussy ourselves and weren't extremely bothered by it, in spite staying in the apartment for a full month. But if you're delicate when it comes to odors, it's definitely something you should take into account.

Host was perfect. There were issues with our doorkey but has been rectified instantly. The host provided a room in order to settle the door problem. definitely will come again in the future. all facilities is well maintained and the host is very friendly. Can skip the city traffic jam from this area
need to check on toilet bowls. because at night, pungent smell keep coming out from the bowl. during daytime, no smell.

The room was clean and full of equipment. And it was so comfy the first step I stepped into the room I actually feel safe to stay in there. The service was best in a way they allowed us to check out late cause me and my friends had some issues with our car.
