Nice and modern place. In a walking distance to Petronas towers

The services and the lobby where me and my friends constantly hanging out together are great. The location is quite strategic as well. You have convenient store, a restaurant and an entertainment place located just a few steps away from the hotel.

The showering system was not working on one of my friends' room so they couldn't use the water heater when they were showering and had to use a normal cold water. I hope you can fix that.

Decoration and it location. Look like new hotel. And got a comfortable longue to chill and read book.

Package for breakfast. Not a buffet food, you need to choose a simple breakfast that has been stated in form. The price i think u can get a better food at stall at the road. And the waitress not friendly. Need to do self order for ur food. Last, parking u need to pay rm5, and park at bank Muamalat park. I think u just park there without say it to hotel coz the gate always open. Haha

There is a water dispenser on the first floor, in this way you can reduce single-use plastic bottles.

Breakfast is more like a fast-food type. If you like to eat savory then it´s ok for you. Also the only beverages you´ll find are coffee and tea; if you want milk, water or juice you need to pay extra.

We arrived at 7 am and it was easy to do the check-in. We had booked the room from the day before. We got our room, but the electricity was not working. We got moved to another (I think also bigger room) and everything was working fine. The location was ok. The room was nice and clean. Nice bed and hot water in the shower. Chillout area was also nice and comfortable. About the staying I have nothing bad to say.

On the day of the check out, we asked if we could storage our luggage at the hotel while we went for a trip. During that time someone stole my new headphones and charger from my luggage. I noticed that the headphones were missing after we had left the hotel. I guess normally in these situations the hotel do not take responsibility for the lost/stolen items BUT I WANT TO WARN OTHER PEOPLE TO THINK TWICE BEFORE LEAVING YOUR LUGGAGE THERE AFTER YOU HAVE CHECKED OUT.

I mostly liked the staff attitude and willingness to help. The room I originally booked was right in front of the noisy monorail line even though I had asked in my booking if possible to be placed in a quiet room. When I saw the room I asked to be moved and the staff on duty duly obliged. In the end I was moved to a Premier room which was much quieter (even though some of the guests in the room next door or in the inner courtyard were not the quietest) and had a fridge. It surprises me how many hotels in Southeast Asia don't provide a fridge by default. I extended my original 4 nights stay to remain around two weeks in the end and I stayed in the same room until the end. The room was quite nice and with good design, even if a bit dark. To be honest I was a bit wary of the use of the word boutique in the name as the last "boutique" hotels I have stayed at in Thailand and Cambodia were not exactly what would be considered boutique. But this hotel was in very good conditions and seemed organised.

Some of the guests on the same floor were being quite noisy, like children screaming at night (?!). I get that it's not the staff's fault, but it ruined the hotel vibe a bit. The fact that to get a fridge, one had to upgrade to a more expensive room but I guess it's common practice in many SEA hotels.

The room very clean and new... really love this hotel... The price is what you paid the value is what you get really worthy..

The parking for this hotel is opposite of the road but it is free of charge.. so nothing to complaint more..just enjoy walking to the hotel..

Hotel design is nice with accessories from East Malaysia. Steam iron is a bonus point. 7Eleven is just next door and Shell Costa is across the road. Bed is good and comfy. Massage chairs are available at Level 1. Chow Kit monorail station is less than 10mins walk.

Toilet design should be improved. There is no partition thus during shower, so whole toilet will get wet. Sink seems clogged with slow water flow. Breakfast is not buffet style. Need to choose beforehand during the check in and hand over the menu over the counter during the day. Room a bit gloomy due to less lighting.

i like how although it is quite cheap, it meets all the expectations for a comfortable stay. the place is clean, the space is adequate for two people sharing a room, the facilities provided are great and the place is also near restaurants and parking space.

it would be great if the place also provided praying mats for their Muslim customers and gave plenty of hangers instead of two hangers only. another thing was the lighting of the room. the light only shines half of the space which makes the room quite dim, so it's hard to eat or do make-up in it.

The room was clean and fairly big for the one I picked out (Deluxe). The aircon was abit slow to cool up the room but after awhile it gets really cold so it was comfortable. The toilet/shower was also clean. The staffs were helpful and kind. Location wise, the CK Monorel is quite "far" by foot but travelling to malls like Pavillion or NU Sentral by Grab is not more than RM15 so its still alright. Overall, I would love to return and stay here on my next staycation ! It was a pleasant experience.
