Spacious bathroom with shampoo and liquid soap provided; had extra towels provided in bathroom; water bottles provided in room; mini fridge had Coke, beer and candy inside that one can buy; nightstand next to bed with outlets; shower has hot water and strong pressure; room is clean; very quiet during the day and at night; easy to order/get a Grab from the hotel

Outlets on one side of bed; floor is carpeted; we are on the ground floor and the large window looks out to a parking lot; there is a narrow balcony with no table and chairs that also face the parking lot - not usable; on a busy main road; in an industrial area - not for walking around and enjoying nature; towels are not absorbent

Room is clean and as expected from the photos. It's my first time trying a boutique hotel so the hospitability is at par like a normal hotel. Just like other comments, room is a bit small but the space has already been displayed in m2 when selecting your room so I don't have an issue with it. There's a cafe just outside which opens at 8:30am.

We stayed at ground floor area so we can hear cars passing by during daytime. Not that huge of an issue since we did sleep soundly at night. Maybe will request a higher floor when staying? but then again, we don't mind staying at ground floor as it was easy to go in and out in a jiffy without waiting for the lift or taking the stairs.

the staff was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. we loved them. the hotel was importantly very clean and a good value. we loved the convenience of their cafe and had all our meals there. the chef was very eclectic in her menu and the food was delicious.

the hotel was probably a fine hotel in past times but an industrial area grew up around it and it didn't feel easy or safe to walk around especially at night. we hired a good driver for the day who toured us around the city.

this is my second time stayed here. the price is affordable and reasonable with the room and facilities they provided. i really like it when they provided lot of pillows, towels, foods and toiletries, even gave us free souvenirs from the hotel, we also can use laundry bag for free. the size of room also spacious accordingly to the price we paid. i will come again to this hotel. keep it up.

Overall satisfied with the stay. Room was clean and comfy. Smooth check in and out. Was given their signature logo luggage tag upon check out, that was nice. The TV was on maintenance period during my stay, but they have You Tube instead with good internet connection. So it solved the problem.

Hard to find proper parking , requested for another extra towel but declined. Disturbed around 2am because of the false alarm drill, thank god nothing happened.

Very clean and comfortable room. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Nice perfume smells in the room and corridors. Free airport transfer provided. Nice food from the cafe too. Very nice decorations at the lobby.

Staff can be more cheerful and warm. Location a bit far from city centre.

Everything was great, except in my room i didnt get a tv with satellite tv channels :( luckily i use android so i can connect to MiraTv provided by the hotel. Overall it was a pleasant stay, I had a good break :)

Friendly and very cooperative staff, the room is superb, comfy and i love my stay there during last weekend

Limited parking lot for customers and maybe can have free parking without coupons for those who stay there😁
