Variety choice of breakfast, confort bed and pillow

The booking policy via booking.com for this hotel they allowed us to book then said do not guaranteed. If you want to do personal booking ,please allow us to use credit card to do the reservation. It happened to me I coming a bit later around 6:15 during check in and told me cancellation because of late check in. They just inform me via booking .com message and never call us before cancellation. In addition, I want to booking at reception for extra night but staff ask me book via booking.com. please improve the process.

i think you can improved on type of bean used for morning coffee. it is a vital breakfast component but sadly we did not .enjoy our coffee much.. day 1 breakfast surely can improved alot. such a weird korea malaysian fusion type of breakfast. not to our liking

I like that it’s new and easy to locate

I didn’t really enjoy the breakfast buffet food selections. The hash brown was soggy. scramble eggs didn’t look fresh, hot drinks only coffee and tea, dn hv other non coffee selections.

The hotel is immaculate. The rooms are modern and super clean. The morning buffet breakfasts had a fantastic spread and the in-house restaurant has affordable yet delicious meals. The staff are warm and helpful. Taxis are easily accessible. There is also a mall approximately a km away ( Karamunsing) - it's a walking distance. . .The hotel is situated in a quiet area. By the way , this hotel has the best carrot-cheese -cake in S.E.Asia . Teacher Liam ( South Africa 🇿🇦 )

The staff are unaware that there is a Mall a walking distance away, called Karamunsing.

Breakfast was superb. Air-conditioning was good and more importantly, quiet. The room was nice and peaceful.

The hotel is located on a main road that is difficult to cross - the overhead bridge is quite a distance away from the hotel and crossing the road is the only way to get to the city spots for food or shopping or tourist spots. So quite inconvenient especially if one has to go out often in a day. Would be a really good thing to have a zebra crossing with traffic lights for this purpose to accommodate those who can't use the overhead pedestrian bridge.

We stayed for a week and the staff were very attentive and accommodating. The Duty Manager Maxwell went out of his way to allow my group who had climbed Mt Kinabalu to have a party at the lobby with food we ordered in (as some of my team had dietary restrictions). He even made copies of posters for us after we found out the group had left it in SIngapore. The breakfast selection was good though after a week, it started becoming repetitive (but who stays for a whole week right?). The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel has very high ceilings and glass that allowed lots of natural light so made the place look bright and cheery.

The location is quite far from the downtown hub like the malls or the Filipino market so you'll have to catch a taxi if you're tired after a whole day out. There was no convenience store nearby and the nearest was a 10 minute walk and at night, it was eerily quiet.

I would like to recommend this place for its nice facilities and good services. Special call-out to receptionist Mary who helped me a lot with some personal peper work with multiple scan/print jobs. The hotel is very close to city center and easy to get to the beach / Jessolton pier and street market. The breakfast provided by the hotel is also very good. Consider this place if you'd like a hassle free vacation.

The bedding on the 1st day is not very clean. However, it does get better after that, and the stuff changed the bedding on the second day after room service. I did not find a pool on the premises but it is understandable cos it is a express hotel.

IHG never lets me down so I chose to stay for 5 nights. Room was clean. There was a power outage during one of the night, complaint to the maintenance and they attended to it almost immediately. Breakfast with wide varieties from local and western delicacies.

Nothing much of what I didn't like except the front office gave me a two single bed room while I had booked a queen size bed. The excuse of rooms were fully booked totally unacceptable as I had successfully made the booking weeks before. Couple of the lady staff at the front office not very friendly and not very attentive. There was 2 guests including me during checking in, with 2 front office staff and both attended to the same guest, I was left unattended for more than 15 minutes and was not even greeted by any of them. Disappointed!

Love it! Love it! Love it! From the time we stepped in the hotel was very welcoming & the staff were friendly & helpful. The rooms were great & bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great! Selection was not as fancy as other international hotels but how much can one eat anyway. We also liked the fact that they have a self laundry service which was really convenient especially after our island hopping trip with all the wet clothing. Rooms were clean & well kept. Looked almost like a brand new hotel. Parking is free so if you plan to rent a car, it would be convenient.

Nothing much except there was no concierge but they provide airport trolleys where you can use to help push your suitcases to your rooms. The only disappointment was they didn't have a swimming pool. Was planning to book after we return from Kundasang but because there wasn't a pool we decided to go with another hotel as we planned to just relax before heading back to KL. Another small disappointment were the pillows. They were labelled firm & soft but they all seemed soft.
