Cute Hotel & Dorms Ipoh

best ever hotel for budget hotel. it was clean. the first thing i check is the toilet. usually even in 5 star hotel u will find old dirty non brushed residue under the toilet, cute hotel was detail cleaned. complimentary water bottle was not expected for budget hotel. but they provided this even they have already provided coway dispenser. lift was good. ambience and decoration was great and welcoming.The entrance felt like walking into bali spa. Wifi was very fast too. tv channels was good. tv was good. i will definitely just book this hotel to relax and stay inside 😀 staff was friendly and helpful. they even provide free coffe tea and juice in the morning at the entrance garden! what a thoughtful gesture. i was so busy. forgot to take pictures.. will come again ya.

i wish the staff clean and tidy up the collections of plates ,tanjak at the entrance.. it was really warmth and welcoming to see those collections. i think they have sentimental values to the owner.

Room is good, linen is clean, overall very clean & up to standard. There were 4 receptionist throughout my 1 night stay, and all were polite, helpful, always smiling. 1 even gave my son a gift. Location is very strategic, near to mall and places to sightseeing. The hotel wlso provide simple breakfast, mine were hot coffee n tea, orange juice n some biscuits. This is actually so nice. I really appreciate all the staffs n i hope u all will maintain n keep this good service up! Thanks

The AC is perfect for my family preference. But i think other people would find the AC in the room "not cool enough". Maybe it needs service

Great staff, great facilities, clean room. Definitely worth the price, and to be honest you can't expect much more. I like the USB charger port available beside the bed, there is a socket and also 2 USB-A port where you can just plug in your USB cable and charge the other device like power bank. Definitely solved the "Short of electric socket" problem.

The location is far away from Ipoh city center. It's about 20 minutes of drive to the city center or any other famous attractions. Given the price, it's something that you might want to trade off. The only complaint that I have is that there are random noises that occur at 5am, which sounded like something you can hear during a renovation. It's really noisy and wakes me up from my sleep. I forgot to reach out to the reception regarding this matter as I was busy with my schedules, so I have no idea what exactly is the sound that I hear.

The staff was nice and friendly. Had conversations with them. Dorm rooms are appropriately priced. Good shower facilities.

A little isolated from ipoh town itself, nearly 12 km away. Travelled by motorcycle, so was not a major issue. However, backpackers intending to use it as a base to explore ipoh town may have to rely on public transport or e hailing. There's a spin cycle studio nearby, which plays loud music in the morning and evenings.

A comfortable and clean place to stay. The interior design of the room is very well done. beautifully designed. Toilet is super clean. Free drinks ; coffee and tea in the morning.

sound proofing is not very ok. i can hear ppl next door flushing toilet, outside ppl conversation, other rooms switch sound "click", and sound of doors closed. theres no hairdryer, no free shampoo, no free toothpaste.

10 outta 10! Spacious room and bathroom, nice ventilation, great & clean facility, free breakfast (altho quite simple), free water, coffee & tea & snacks (the coconut cookies are the best!), helpful and friendly staff, a bunch of local eateries around. Simply a nice stay!

If anything, some people might see the location (slightly up to the north of town) as a disadvantage, but that even works out well for me as there is less street noise here.

The service was excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful - we left our card in the room on the second day and they helped us out very kindly. Our stay here has been very comfortable and there were many places nearby to walk and eat at. Just a few minutes walk already takes you to Mydin which is quite helpful if you need any supplies for yourself. It is also very close to Amanjaya Bus Terminal so it is quite convenient.

I underestimated how small the walking space of the room is

Smooth registration all the way until check in Exceptional enforcement of smoking bans. Cigarette odor was undetectable. Extremely strategic location near bulatan aman jaya, bus station and mydin hypermart. Great stay! 1. Staff really friendly & super helpful. My 1st time to Ipoh : I stopped at wrong station (Batu Gajah from KL sentral 11pm) and there is no teksi or grab that i can use to go to hotel. Somehow I contacted the hotel asking if they can pick me up and Alhamdulilah without hesistation hotel staff coming to pick me up. Knowing this station quite far and hardly to get teksi or grab at night time n feeling so lucky Hotel Staff willing to help. 2. Room really spacious n clean

I experienced one of the warmest welcomes of my life. Thanks to the staff and especially to Jo, it's really nice to meet people like that. The location close to the bus terminal is really a plus. The outdoor space and its atmosphere is very nice. The dormitory bed was comfortable and with a curtain, the showers/WC very good, I really recommend this place.
