Apollo Inn

Room was really small and snug, but it wasn't an issue for me as I was booking only for one person. The location is absolutely stellar, as you'll be smack dab in the middle of Georgetown, very convenient for travel. A convenient store is just around the literal corner for any smaller emergencies, or if you're just feeling peckish. Staff is also nice and accommodating!

Safety was a little questionable as the only emergency stairs accessible to guests that I can see is blocked and used as a storage room at the ground floor. Lift is also very small and narrow, so I'd say this place is ideal only for smaller groups.

I booked a standard double room with en-suite shower. The room was very small but comfortable. Shower cube is divided only by glass so it doesn’t feel very private but it’s was not an issue for me. There was some mould on the walls of the bathroom but toilet, washbasin and floor were clean. No windows make the room perfect for sleep but difficult to wake up in the morning without alarm. Staff was polite and helpful. There’s water refill and free coffee in the lobby. Location is great right in the centre. Overall good value for money. I’d stay here again.

No windows, very small room.

The staff are mostly helpful, the hotel is clean, and the hotel is surrounded by street food, shopping centres (for groceries like water) and transit in all directions. Importantly, this hotel is a short walk from a very unassuming street stall that sells the best har mee (prawn noodles) that we've *ever* had. We'll try to stay at this hotel again next time we visit Penang.

Personal preference, but the room fragrance was not to my liking. We solved this issue by turning off the fragrance diffuser.

The room was pretty, comfortable. The staffs were polite, there was a corner for free flow drinking water and coffee. There were a microwave and refrigerator, dedicated for Halal foods only, which amazed me. I mean, considering the neighbouring area with no muslim-friendly facilities and halal restaurants and such, they still provide the halal corner for the guest. There was a Qibla sign in the room, too. The location is so strategic, near to the attractions, Prangin Mall and Komtar. The wifi provided is excellent too

Friendly staf at the reception. Helped with all our questions. Location is in walking distance to many of the popular things to see and do. Had a fridge to share and free cold and hot water for tea. Cosy little room. Big bathroom. We enjoyed it here.

The room was small and cosy for us as a couple. Don't know if it would be nice for friends or family this close together 😉

walking distance to major attractions in geogetown.can put ur luggage if u come early before check in time.all comfortable.

wifi not strong i cannot connect at all.

Location is good, near to every foodie area. Front desk staff is very kind and helping. Fridge and refilling water machine is available for tenant.

the lift is a bit scary, but still acceptable, maybe need to be improve.

A lovely staff greeted us (i forgot her name). The room was nice and had enough space to perform solat. The beds are comfortable, and they provide a water dispenser on the ground floor, also a fridge and microwave. The parking was easy, but you had to pay on your own la, of course. Our stay at the hotel was pleasing.

Nothing much just car park is limited otherwise all good.

Location & the rooms is nice & cute. Most importantly got lif. Price is affordable for 2 queen beds. But the bed is very hard. Pls maintains the best quality and affordable accommodation for all guests.

Only no parking for hotel guest.
