location near to eateries

hitching a lift was just horrendous. it took 30 minutes to catch a lift that wasn’t full. the sop restriction already limits the number of guests allowed but the I feel like only 3 out of 6 lifts seemed to function which made it worse. parking ticket validation is just inconvenient

The property is very new. Cleaniness is good. Check in is easy.

Bath towels not available in the room upon arrival. Kitchenette and washing machine for display only. Kitchenette with not even one metal spoon or fork for you to eat your 'tabao' food. Washing machine indoor have water vapour (workable) but cannot be switch on (not mean for us to use). Only shower taps come with hot water, others tap with cold water. Their swimming pool has closing time, have to take note.

1) The pool but the water is not hot enough. 2) Check in counter staff very helpful.

1) The lift, we waited for hours but still some of my family members didn't managed to get into the lift due to the crowd and looks like not all the lifts were working, they had to walk down the stairs from 33A floor to lobby!! 2) Should install the non see through blinds at kitchen's window. There is no privacy with the current blinds as everyone passing by the corridor will be able to see into the unit.

the view is magnificent. i feel like above the cloud. cold event not at top of genting. will totally come again with my family of coz. but next time will bring my own cooking utensils.

1. Great facilities especially roof top swimming pool located at 41 floor 2. High speed internet 3. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms 4. Location is near neighbouring restaurants with abundant food options

1. Location is not close to Awana station & premium outlet. So, you need to take shuttle bus provided by the hotel which cost 10RM per person. which is pricey compared to 8RM per GRAB car that can fit 4 people. 2. The shuttle bus doesn't have common sense and it is not flexible. Awana SkyWay station is currently close for maintenance, therefore we need the shuttle bus to take us to Genting SkyWay station instead because that's the only place we can take cable car from. The hotel shuttle bus said no.... they didn't even know that the station is closed for maintenance and what is the point taking us to the closed station.

Property is strategically located on the way to Genting highlands and has quite a few eateries, grocery stores, mamak shops and a pub that opens till late at night which is nice. Balcony boasts a splendid mountain view but the bar at the balcony is not the cleanest (not a deal breaker tho). We just made a make shift balcony seating area with kitchen chairs and voila, we have a mini balcony overlooking the mountains. Bed was a tad small - my only complain here (but still, ok to overlook for us as it’s not a major deal breaker). Me and my partner are ~1.75m so the large bed doesn’t seem very fitting of description. It also has THE MOST (I repeat, not one of, but THE MOST) seamless carpark validation experience I’ve had - my partner agreed with me on this as well. There was no need to head to lobby to get it validated or go through any machines. We just had to show our room card to the guards and we’d be on our way out! This is the icing on the cake for Swiss Garden. Would definitely rebook If I’m revisiting.

Nothing I disliked about this place.

a few great things about the place - excellent facilities. - covered parking on site - large room - room has all the toiletries necessary for a great stay. - very friendly staff - comfortable bed. - room has heavy curtains to keep the room dark.

some small things that irked but not a dealbreaker - side table for the bed was too far. - aircon wasn't cold enough - confusing path to facilities and slow lift. - no hot water and water pressure was very low. This was very very infuriating and really a dealbreaker for me.

Its a nice location & easy acess to the shop nearby.

First, for me its difficult when you want to access to the facility such as swimming pool. I need to change the lift and its not stroller friendly. My husband and I need to carry stroller up the stairs. There is the guard at the registration table but not functioning at all. Thats so dissapointed. Second, the breakfast didnt have enough variety. Need to improve more especially when on public holiday there always a lot of people .

Location is nearby cable car and there is alot of shoplot sorrounding. So easy access to food and store. Room is spacecious and the price also good

The hotel manager agrees to accept my extra request for simple decoration for my wife as last few days is our anniversaries, i didnt request much, atleast just a simple note also will be grateful.. infact the manager replies they agrees.. but somehow, nothing from hotel, maybe i put too much hope.. Other than that, water heater got abit issue, the water become cold during the shower

Love the room. Bed and pillows are super comfy. Love the breakfast buffet. Of course u cant compare to 5 star hotel but w the price paid, iam satisfied w the bfast. Delicious and just enough. Love the peaceful atmosphere too. The pool is cool too. My family had a great time 👍

Biggest turn off is no iron provided, need to go to level 22 to the ironing room. Not convenient at all. I understand there might be theft cases of iron, but to ask guests to go to other floor(which is creepy) to iron clothes is a big nono. U could do with sending the iron to rooms as per request and to return in 30minutes. The toilet in the room is not clean. Please ask the cleaners to also scrub the wall tiles, not just the floor. The tiles are super dirty, top to bottom. This is for room D1012 ya. Welcoming drink taste weird, i think its ginger/lemongrass? Maybe can change to simpler drinks like mango or orange,easier for people to enjoy.
