+ great location, decent breakfast options, good Wifi, friendly staff + staff was able book a taxi shuttle for us for 1:30am for the airport which was convenient + bathroom was a big space and the shower was very good with excellent pressure

- mini fridge was not cold, after 24hrs they replaced it but the new fridge was exactly the same, kept drinks only a little cold after 12hrs in the fridge, usually not a huge problem, but since it was 35-40deg, it was important for this to work well - the bathroom had a button for fan that worked for only 2min, then had to be pressed again - the blowdryer only worked for 45 seconds and then needed 10min to cool off to work again - toilet paper was basically paper, really low quality - the hotel is located within an old residential building, it had only 2 floors and not something close to a 4-star hotel setting

Excellent location with easy access to attractions, cafes, and restaurants The staff is exceptionally friendly and competent. Breakfast is very good with varied foods. My room was spacious enough and comfortable, cleaning is well done. I definitely plan to book this hotel again.

While the hotel is very centrally located, one of the main streets means a lot of traffic noise during the day. However, from about 11 pm to 6 am, the traffic is not that bad. The soundproof windows provide livable comfort. There are rooms facing the back of the hotel are quieter, but some have very poor view.

This is a rather small, boutique-style hotel in the very center of Skopje. The room was large and clean with basic amenities, including a decent bathroom. Breakfast was ok (but nothing special). I noted that earlier reviewers had complained about the coffee but this issue seemed to have been addressed. There is now a coffee machine that offers a selection of coffees (cappuccino, espresso, etc). The gym in the basement was above expectations - seemed very new and well-equipped considering what hotels of this size tend to have.

The main problem was the location next to a rather busy street. My room was facing the street and had a small balcony. While the balcony door appeared sturdy the noise from passing cars was quite loud. Hence, I recommend that you bring earplugs, especially if you are a light sleeper.

Central location, few minutes relaxed walk to city-center area. Clean. Friendly staff.

Poor breakfast (I would give only 2-3 stars) Very thin walls , you can hear everything in surround-sound (the hotel is actually built in commercial space of a residential block, at ground-level + 1st level (above the hotel is the block itself) In 2 mornings, we had several workers serving breakfast, but they were dressed in dirty working clothes ; the hotel's staff should be professional enough to explain them that they should dress adequate for serving breakfast, and after that to go in room and change in working clothes. They were effectively dirty and smelly, and they were staying efectivelly on the stools, at the table were normal guests serve breakfast. The hotel's team should have explain them the rules. Bad ball for this ...

The breakfast was over expectation, good variation and a good combo off continental and local alternatives. Great location, felt safe in the neighbourhood and within walking distance off most tourist attractions and resturants. The staff was very friendly and helpful (They even fixed so we could watch the Formula 1 race in their café area!). The bed was comfortable and the cleaning was satisfactory. Would recommend!

The room was quite thin-walled and we could hear most sounds from adjacent rooms but that didn´t bother us much.

Perfect hotel to use as a base in Skopje. It’s an excellent location! I prefer to be here, one block from the centre, as it’s less noisy and has a nice little park out the front, but still extremely central. The staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is available in their sister hotel 200m away. Wifi worked well. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were spotlessly clean and modern. Breakfast was great - ordered from a menu unlike a buffet, but so many options and cooked to a high quality. Good air conditioning. The gym is small but well stocked and clean.

We had a not nice view on the inside of the building, looking directly into a wall and dirty roofing below. We didn’t get much sunlight because of this.

Excellent location, easy access to the city centre and old city, many restaurants nearby. Very good breakfast. The room was large enough and comfortable. This time I had a room away from the very busy street which was nice and quiet, although dull view. The staff is competent and efficient.

The only thing is that the towels were somewhat worn out and the room service did not replenish the used instant coffee parcels any of the days.

This was a lovely hotel. As a family, we were upgraded to two double rooms, and this is why I rate the hotel as a 10. It was excellent customer service to see that we would be more comfortable in a bigger room, and the hotel was very kind to do this for us. The breakfast was wonderful! Bathrooms were clean, decor was modern, and staff were great!

I would not stay in the family room, listed as good for 4 people. It seemed old and oddly shaped, with only a small window. This is not a complaint, but the room is not of the same quality as the other rooms in this nice hotel :).

This hotel is in short distance from the main sights of Skopje and has all the necessary services for a short stay in tje city. Staff is helpful and the breakfast is plentyful. Rooms are clean and quiet.

The air conditioning was quite poor and as our stay was during very hot days, we did not sleep very well due to the air temperature in the room.

Fantastic location, room & breakfast, WiFi where great. The staff ( especially the Manchester United fan ) go out of thier way to be helpful, gave me good tips for things to see, restaurants arranged taxis for me to get around the city & even arranged a good & reliable taxi driver to take me to Kosovo for the day .

Nothing really only, but one member of staff is a West Ham fan & I'm Chelsea...
