Waridi Paradise Hotel and Suites

We were upgraded to an apartment which was beautiful! Hotel was clean and in a pretty central location. The breakfast buffet was nice with lots of options.

On our last day the reception called us due to an issue with payment even though we'd paid through booking.com. We showed them the receipt and all was fine until checkout when they asked us to pay again and submit a request with booking.com for a refund. Absolutely bizarre request which we declined.

our CEO was not feeling well and the care he was given was excellent, we were all happy and felt valued, so I spoke to Mr. Stephen Maina. who handles the issue very professionally. My two colleagues were persons with disabilities the one using a wheelchair was provided with an accessible room andone using crutches was given support until we left. We really appreciated it!

Nothing to complain about

Room was clean and comfortable. Location was super convenient, easy to walk to local cafes and shops. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating as I had a late flight on my check out day. Nice to have the pool in the hot weather, lots of greenery around too.

I could hear the hallway door banging early in the morning as some other guests were up & about. Cost of hotel recommended taxi was expensive so I used Uber instead.

very clean , well maintained and quiet. very convenient location as well. quick response to solve any issue that arose great customer service especially the ladies the food and the cocktails are very delicious

no bin in the sleeping area mini fridge and kettle were not working but we’re exchanged as soon as I alerted them the water was just warm when I got there but it was solved as well generally very responsive to any issue that arises

Got a chance to stay in a suite after my room was accidentally booked out. Great location. Loved it. Spacious, wide windows,clean (sofas excluded). Enjoyed the quiet peace.Staff were awesome. I really enjoyed the food and room service.I look forward to next time.

Sofas were stained and needed desperate cleaning. Seemed like suite hadn't been used for sometime. Smelt moldy.

Rooms are large and quiet, pool and garden area is nice. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Hotel is well located and good value for money.

WiFi was a bit intermittent and not strong enough in the room. Shower filled up when in use and the bathroom could do with a shelf to put personal items, toothbrush, razor etc. On one occasion there were no clean tables in the restaurant for breakfast.

Big spacious clean rooms with air condition. Water provision for guests. An extra table and two chairs provided. No mosquitos. Working WiFi. Check in was swift. Bed was too hard for me but that's individual preference. Would recommend the hotel. Perfect location!

Bathroom floods and the shower head could be replaced. Water spilling from all direction. The anti slip bathroom mat should be removed immediately it has no grip at all and very slippery! Towels are old and need replacement. An extra bin in the room would be nice. Service in the kitchen very slow.

Great hotel! Fair price, great location, very nice staff, tasty breakfast. People complain that their pool is cold? It's an unheated pool in Nairobi for Christ's sake! Anyone who doesn't like this hotel needs to sort their expectations out.

I have had a good time staying in Waridi during my business trip and enjoyed my stay. The management is very helpful and quick in response. My only feedback is regarding the entertainment option available on TV, there is still room for improvement by providing more option of channels? Just a thought:)

The location was very close to all attractions.Clean room, quite place. Feel like a home. The owner of the house was very nice, always ready to assist.

I like the view of the Table mountain and Lions head from my home. Also the city view was so good from my stay.
