I stayed in a room on the 19th floor with a bayside view. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the bed was comfortable. It is actually a very nice place to stay if you travel for work. There are a couple of shops around the hotel. Moreover. the hotel is very close to publica trasport stations. The Odaiba beach and two shopping malls are also close to the hotel (20 min walk).

The hotel is a bit far from the city centre. The breakfast to a large extent is prepared in Japanese cuisine with very few options for non-japanese people.

1. I like it for its close distance to disneyland. they also have free shuttle to disney. 2. The rooms are larger compared to most japan hotel. 3. there is a convenience store in the hotel. 4. Fast check-in procedure. hasslefree considering we came in group with 6 rooms. they prepared our keys prior to our arrival for faster check-in. 5. foreigner friendly. Their amenities are in english. 6. ample toiletries are provided. 7. they provide take out trays at breakfast. Great if you want to start your tour early.

1. The parking instruction was lacking. 2. Some of the staff are scared of foreigners, that when asked they will answer “i don’t know” 3. Breakfast is bland. They have ample food option but just bland. yet.. advantages still outweighs the disadvantages. this is our second time staying at the hotel.

The location is great with two metro station near by the hotel. Liked the fact there is a shuttle bus to disneyland Liked the fact that the shuttle bus from Narita airport drops you at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Heater in the room when needed. Will stay in the future for sure

The room given to me was different from the picture AC was switched off completely, and only heater can be used. Staff having difficulty communicating in English, used Google Translate instead. Suggest putting complementary bottles of water. Increased the size of dispen in the bathroom

Public transportation is good. There is the mono rail (Station: Tokyo Big Sight) and a subway station (Station: Kokusai-tenjijo) nearby. I think they operate till about midnight. - The view from the 18th floor was great, unfortunately there are no chairs on the balcony to make the most of it. - The room was relatively small, but very quiet. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit aged but alright. - A big plus was the airport transfer, which is not run by the hotel itself. If you arrive at the airport simply go to the bus counter and book a ticket to the hotel. Within 30 minutes we were on the next bus and soon after dropped off right at the front door of our hotel. - There is a Lawson convenience store within the hotel on the second floor. Great for getting a couple of snacks. Across the park there is also a 7eleven. - In case you didn't book breakfast, there is a Sukiya in the oposite building.

There isn't much happening in the immediate area, basically just hotels and offices. For restaurants, shopping, night life etc. you need to go somewhere else.

Location was excellent - opposite the Big Sight, and walking distance or a short train ride to Odaiba from the Rinkai and Yurikamome lines next door. The Rinkai is well-connected to central Tokyo too. Nearby outlets include the ever-useful 7Eleven, FamilyMart, McDonalds and Saizeriya. There’s a small Lawson on 2F of the hotel itself. Staff were 10/10. Hotel and room cleanliness was impeccable. Rooms were small, but perfect for a single or couple for a week or two. The accommodation is apartment style and includes a fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, wardrobe + a large space for luggage. Plenty of plug sockets on the desk (a mix of 2 and 3 pin). Upper floor rooms have wide balconies with insect net screen doors. Value for money was unbelievable. The hotel’s main purpose is to serve domestic business travellers and tourists visiting the expo centre, so be aware the bathroom is Japanese style.

AC seemed weak on the upper floors facing the bay. Was set to 22, but it never got below 24 overnight - and hit 28 during the day with doors and curtains closed. Outside air temp was 15-20 at the time. Would not be confident in its ability to keep things comfortable during a typical Tokyo summer.

Breakfast was wonderful. Great location if you need to be around Odaiba. Close to transit, but it's Odaiba transit, so you need to connect to othe Tokyo stations.

Guests are business oriented during the week. It's a fairly long trip to other sites in Tokyo.

It is really a good location, in a very relaxed and scenic part of town. Very comfortable room with a great night view of Tokyo bay and with washer and dryer and free tv channels for kids. The room also had a nespresso machine with capsules that were replaced everyday day. Great choice of amenities that could be chosen freely everyday. Great choices for a savoury breakfast. Liked that breakfast could be chosen from the buffet and taken upstairs.

The cleaning staff would not take away some trash we left in the room because they said it contained left over food. But it was just a small amount of leftovers ( it was really like 10 beans, not like we were throwing away tons of food) we would not eat anymore. So I didn’t really get that, I would have liked it if they would have left a more detailed explanation of why they were not throwing it. Also, the breakfast buffet could have been more varied in the breads/ fruit area. There was only canned or frozen fruit and the same everyday.

Spacious lobby, overall a decent hotel. Room is might be small but given the price I paid, is acceptable. Modern yet clean decor. The view is nice given the lack of tall buildings in the immediate area. Quiet neighbourhood as well. Train station within several minutes walk.

It is a little far from Central Tokyo, but all hotels would be like that within Odaiba and along the Yurikamome Line. The Lawson on site is a great addition but is small and incredibly busy. Would recommend to go to 7-11 which is on the other side of the linear park. It is a large hotel so if you want more intimate setting this might not be right for you. Although my stay is a good value, the room is a little small and long if you are staying as a couple.

It did what you needed. The room was compact and we'd ordered a smoking room, not realising (stupid on my part) that it would absolutely reek of smoke. If a non-smoker, definitely indicate as such. The staff were nice that we did experience, as the check in was automated and very easy to do we did not engage with them much, and there was an abundance of complimentary items, like face masks. It was a nice little trek in and out of Tokyo. Overall I would stay again but book non-smoking.

It was my own fault but I did not realise how prominent the smoking scent would be. As soon as you left the elevator on the smoking designated floor it was overwhelming. There was no overcoming it.

Excellent value for the money. The 18th floor balcony especially nice., with a great view. The extra-large refrigerator and the microwave were much appreciated. It was very roomy, with an especially large desk. The bed was comfortable, with a top sheet as well as a comforter. There were plenty of coat hangars, which is not the case in most business hotels.

The location is not really the best. It was easy to find, a 5-10 minute walk from the Tokyo Big Sight station, but unless you’re going to some event at Tokyo Big Sight, the rest of the main sights in the area are a ways away. Odaiba beach, the shopping areas near there, the waterfront sightseeing area are all a good 20 minute walk away. The Miraikan and the Teamlab Planets are farther yet, more like a half hour away each, so be prepared to do a lot of walking. I recommend staying for a few days and not trying to see everything in one day.
