Location - this property is 2-minute walk to the front gate of Tokyo University (also bus stop) yet situated in quite neighborhood. Nearly 10-minute walk to nearest Metro station Breakfast - no-fancy-yet-adequate food for starting your day; go with two choices: American and Japanese in buffet style Complementary Self-laundry (wash and dry) but be aware that it’s first-come-first-serve basis

The room was very spacious, facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel is not located too close to city centre – suits those who'd like quieter area and bigger room. The hotel is about 10 mins away from train stations while plenty bus stops around. Overall it was still manageable and not too far off from anywhere else.

A really neat well-run hotel centrally located near Tokyo Univ. The room size 23 m2 is larger than usual for Japan.
We suggest for long-stay guests that giving new towels each day is not necessary if they have a "Do not disturb" displayed. This will save the hotel laundry costs.

The hotel is located in a very quiet part of the city which is very nice. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night and though didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the hotel's facilities.
Unfortunately, there was a problem with the locking mechanism on the door from my first room they assigned me to. The problem was resolved with a change in room, but part of my stuff was left in the 'old' room.
