The onsen. The air circulation was good for me.

The quality of sleep was not great but it is an understandable thing. It it always something to consider about staying at a capsule hotel. I did restrict outside noise by wearing earplugs but noisy snoring sleepers around me could not be helped. It is not a complaint. Just something I can share with others about considering capsule hotels.

-Free wifi -Free rice (mix it with the free soup!). They also have free "premium" rice at 9:00pm everyday, and it's delicious! -Free mango lacee in the mornings between 7:00am and 10:00am -Free pop. Also free alcohol at sometime in the evneing! -One free icecream, cup noodle, and pop can per day -Great location, close to the Akihabara station, and Akihabara's many, many stores -Wonderful staff! -Great price if you book ahead

There are no private showers! Only one big, common shower! Some of us don't like seeing other guys naked you know! Also, those damn polyester "prison suits"... they have got to get something better, as they are SUFFOCATING AND TOO SMALL! I'm glad I brought my own pyjamas for this trip!

Surprisingly amazing. While many people tend to be afraid of taking a capsule hotel, since it seems at first that you will not have your own privacy and stuff like that, but while it is true on paper - the facillity was so good we told ourselves we must come back here on our next trip to japan. And this was the only place out of 4 other hotels we said that. You have a super comfortable capsule to yourself, a whole floor full of free food and drinks with a huge manga collection you can read, an onsen (japanese hot baththub - okay with foreigners with tattoos!) downstairs and many other small local surprises. This is a must try place for at least one night. Truly an unforgettable experience if you want to immerse yourself with japanese culture.

While not really a negative remark, but rather something to know before booking - You can only shower and bath with the rest of guests downstairs at the onsen. I.e. - No private showers. BUT - the experience of a shared onsen is really cool though so dont be afraid to check it out!

I liked everything here 😁 The staff was generous and kind The free food and drinks in the lounge was much more than I was expecting and that is also including the massage chairs The pearl of the place is the artificial hot spring on the basement level ♨️ All the amenities are provided and they have a laundry machine which is always handy Overall this is currently one of the best stays I had in Japan. Stayed only one night cause I did all the attractions I wanted to do in the neighbourhood but was definitely worth it

I only wish that someone would have explained to me earlier how exactly you should use the hot spring. I think I could have avoided some small cultural mistakes but this is totally on me(I didn't read enough on the subject nor asked the staff)

I had a very pleasant stay although it was my first time ever in a capsule hotel. I stayed for 5 nights and didn’t have to redo the check-in/check-out between my arrival and departure. This place offers a great price-to-quality ratio. The whole hotel is clean and the normal capsule is pretty comfy and spacious enough for a big person (I am 193cm tall). The location is easy to find and pretty central as well, multiple different subway stations are within walking distance so transportation around the city is not a problem at all. They also offer many benefits that are free of charge: food and drinks in the lounge, the hotel’s own indoor clothing and a good selection of hygiene/beauty products in the spa. The staff is also friendly and helpful.

Really nothing to complain about.

the hostel has almost everything you need to be comfortable. it has all the hygiene items you need, privacy in the rooms, cleanliness and order, relaxation after a day of sightseeing, drinks, rice, soup and drinks at will. they save nothing for you to have a good stay and it is close to everything.

each bed should have a safe to store my notebook and wallet, this would reduce the number of times I have to go down to the first floor. my bed faced a lamp so a little light came through the curtain, maybe improve that. I'm 1.90 m tall and the duvet was small, I had to sleep with a sweatshirt so I wouldn't get cold at night.

Excellent facilities and location. Floor 2 (shared area) offers complimentary alcohol (whiskey and spirits included!) very good massage machine and basic food. Location is at the door step of Akihabara. Super convenient for your otaku shopping. The capsules themselves are spacious (I’m 170cm). Not sure how you would go if you were much taller.

You share the sleeping area with around 30 other occupants. If you get snorers and you’re a light sleeper you may find it difficult to get a good nights sleep. I was opposite the door, which opened and closed perhaps 6 times throughout the am after midnight. I had a terrible sleep but it was only overnight.

I loved the shared space here. It's really big, has lots of places to hang out, work, etc. and even 2 small booths where you can work in peace without getting bothered. There are massage chairs, a free drink bar, free rice and in the morning you can get free curry and lassi. The location is also great and I also liked that it has an onsen and sauna.

The first night I was there I couldn't shower, because they always clean between 2 am and 3 am, which is okay. Unfortunately for some reason they also cleaned between 10 am and around 5 pm, I think, so that was quite inconvenient. I guess I was just unlucky that day, because on all other days this didn't happen.

It's usually very clean and it offers lots of free stuff like razors, toothbrushes, etc. Towels are also free to use. I like that it also has an onsen and a sauna, it's great to relax. The lounge is perfect, it's very big, is great for working, also has lots of mangas, free drinks, massage chairs, etc. The location is also really good, because it's right in Akihabara and only a very short walk away from the station.

Ive never left a review before so this is a first,I could not recommend this hotel more,It is without a doubt the best hotel I've ever stayed in,if you need an comfortable and affordable hotel right in the middle of akihabara this place is where you go,to start with the actual beds, they were quite comfortable, and don't really have any complaints, but it's all the extras of this hotel that put it a 10/10, you have free food which can help you save money when you don't want to pay for a restaurant, you have free alcohol/coffee/soft drinks, and a wide selection of manga and books to read while you enjoy your food and drinks, next is the bathroom/shower,this hotel has an amazing artificial onsen which is the most relaxing thing to just sit in and let your body heal after a long day or before you head out it really loosens up the muscles, final thing is the staff,I don't speak Japanese, and their was a language barrier here and their, but the staff went out of their way to help me with anything I need,so if you need a place to stay, book here and I promise you'll have a great stay
