Ocean Eden Bay - Adults Only - All Inclusive

Food was excellent. A great choice in restaurants. All bar/entertainment staff were excellent and very friendly. Kyash was a massive highlight he really made the holiday. Fantastic pool area.

The staff were excellent: there was an incident with some rude/violent guests and the staff were targeted. I was disappointed to see the guests not removed from the property and I didn’t feel like the staff were supported. They had to continue serving these people who were absolutely vile and totally intimidating. I feel the management should have taken much better care of their staff. The cabanas were lovely - but better roofs that stayed in place would be good!

Big property, well maintained. I loved the lazy river and bowling options. The ice cream stall was great. So many things to do. I had the options to visit the neighboring resort (Ocean Coral Spring). My room was amazing. Nice and big. The mini bar had ALOT of options. I booked a Privilge package and had butler service and a dedicated lounge and restaurant area as well as beach area. The staff made my visit fun and enjoyable. Everyday we had games and triva poolside. The drinks were amazing. Love the fact they played music for hours poolside. The location isn't bad. The food was good. Different options available. They also had a club that was good. The dj actually played good music and the vibes were litttt. It wasn't your typical 2 hr party. It lasted twice that. The welcome package I got was also nice.

There wasn't really anything I disliked.

I love the aesthetic of the interior decoration. The staff is very welcoming and professional. The pool is also amazing and there are so many restaurants to dine in. The gym was also great.

They need a mixologist and fruits to make certain mixed beverages. They also need an entertainment group to do daily and nightly activities at pool like Temptation Cancun. It is an adult hotel and we are on vacation so there should be activities that make us want to stay at the hotel all day all night and also the activities should make us do things we wouldn't normally do all in the name of fun, pleasure and entertainment.

I really enjoyed the buffet at Martha's. I wish they offered more of a variety. Also, one of the restaurants stay open late which I think is a plus.

I wish there were more food options for snacking. Unless it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner it seemed impossible to find something to eat. Be careful though, a family member cut her foot on glass in her swim up on our first day there. Also, another family member has broken glass from a wine stem in her food at Sakura.

They need to work out the kinks with the butler service. We never net him at all. But could communicate through what's app. Not worth upgrading to privilege if your not getting all the perks. Everyone with or without a privilege wrist band could eat and drink anywhere so why did I pay for that extra service then???

The pool was massive . The Steakhouse restaurant was EXCELLENT . only let down by lack of STEAK ??? Whoever orders needs a rocket up their backside. Went In 5 times during our 16 nights at Ocean Eden Bay hotel ,NEVER had all meals available ?? Our room (3242) had great seaview from our balcony. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Room service was ATROCIOUS . Ordered one night,told 35 minutes - finally came over 2 HOURS LATER.- food was inedible . Took it to reception to complain. They couldn't believe how bad food was !! Waiter service in some restaurants leaves a lot to be desired. Stood around on their mobile phones isn't GOOD SERVICE , or NOT even offering you a glass of water with HOT WINGS .my mouth was on fire. Didn't get a drink UNTIL my main meal was brought to my table 20 minutes later.!!! I was in pain . Paid for BUTLER SERVICE- what a joke- a total waste of money!! All we got was text message some mornings asking if we were ok , and a list of restaurants open that day . Some service !!

I liked how one of the manager georgette Virgo resolved the issues . She was very warm and she called twice to make sure if all is ok in my room . She even upgraded me to privilege as I had some issues there . Me Joshi cheff of Indian restaurant ( thali ) was v good and he specifically made food as I hv restrictive diet

They need to be more organised , the room service is not great at all when u call it is always busy and even if you get them on phone nothing reaches before multiple calls 10-15 calls

My husband and I loved that the hotel was so modernized. The room was spacious, clean and bed was very comfortable! The food was good also, absolutely loved their cheesecake😁. We enjoyed every meal at Captains Market and the staffs were very polite and accommodating.

We had to wait a little while to be taken to our room. There were not much outdoor activities to part take in Not sure id it was because our stay was during the week but thats something for them to improve.

how spacious the property was , also that it wasn’t too crowded . I loved our junior suite and the hospitality we were shown.

my only issue was not being able to eat at Sakura , and our tub was clogged up so we couldn’t use the tub only the shower.

The Ambience was awesome, everywhere clean and nice , staff was helpful and food was great I think it would be nice to have alcohol in the room.

My stay was too short. But really I would love on my next visit to have alcohol in the mini bar at the room
