Friendly and Responsive Staff. Delicious Food with lots of options and variety. The Coffee Shop was Amazing! Excellent Desserts, coffee, and other treats! Comfortable Beds. Great Room with a view. Spacious room with lots of mirrors. Huge Property. Shout out to the Entertainment Crew who kept the vibes going, especially during Midday Madness! The Lazy River & Waterslides were so much FUN! Shout out to Colin at the Rum Bar restaurant who took excellent care of us! Highly recommended the Appleton Rum Punch and Hilton Delight (Adult) Beverages. Steel Pan performers were off the chart! Female Singer the night before was excellent too! Craft vendors on the Property have something for everyone. My soon to be 13 yr old Son enjoyed the game room, lazy river and the beach. We all enjoyed the catamaran sail and kayaks! Room service Ackee & Saltfish Breakfast (Jamaica's National Dish) was DELICIOUS! And the Suprise from Management & Staff in celebration of our Son's 13th Birthday! Great Warm and Welcoming Touch! We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay- Family Vacation.

Low water pressure in the shower. We were on the 7th floor. Food, though very tasty, could have been a little hotter vs warm. Coffee was not hot...Only way to get a good cup of hot enough coffee was at the Coffee Shop. TV didn't work well. When fixed, not all channels were available. For the phone... mainly only able to call the front desk to be transferred to room service or other areas vs the ability to dial them directly. BUT... somewhat minor taking all things into consideration.

Food was phenomenal, the staff were all very friendly. The facilities- pool, waterslide was all great. Our young kids (boys ages 6 and 4) enjoyed the kids club and asked to go daily. The ventilation throughout the hotel (open spaces, cool breezes) were all excellent.

The beach was all right- it was less than desired because it has a lot of seaweed. It would be great if there could have been more beach chair umbrellas next to the largest pool in front of the courtyard.

The property was absolutely amazing. The food was excellent and the resort activities were so much fun!

The only thing I would complain about is the room was hot and the air conditioning unit wasn’t the best. Another thing is that the sink in our bathroom didn’t drain fast enough and the water would just sit in the sink. Lastly, our when going out to sit on the balcony the whole handle came off. Fortunately, they were very nice to fix it!

The coffee shop was excellent, it served its purpose. We did appreciate the friendliness of the staff throughout our stay. The hotel was not crowded, the food was good. The environ was kept clean. The beach and entertainment is within close proximity, hence we did not have to do a lot of walking...

Not having much vegan dishes to choose from. On entering the restaurant, there is an offensive odour; dining hall is to be sanitized and deodorized. The sea weeds in the beach. The view from our room. Having to open our luggage on the floor as there was no table available for luggages

From Arriving from the airport the people were nice. We were checked in on arrival and the sanitation made you feel safe and clean. We booked an excursion with the Tour Host and she was very helpful. They had great deals to offer. The host actually helped me retrieve photos from a excursion, after I had called the place 13 times with no luck. So I was very pleased. My husband and I had a photoshoot with Natalie she was patient and did an amazing job. The food was great! Jerk Mild wasn’t so mild I was looking for some milk but it was so delicious. The entertainment was amazing even for kids. Family friendly environment. My Husband and I are still trying to find out where the Bird came from during the magic show. All in all we loved our experience and will recommend to friends and family. Oh yea and the beach didn’t have 100 people trying to sale you stuff, all do respect to the hustlers on the islands but it gets annoying. Not one person came up to us and we were able to relax. It was good everywhere and a variety of it.

Hilton Rose Hall is a beautiful property by nature and you can’t go around that. It is very clear that the staff work very hard to maintain that beauty. Our house keepers did a fabulous job cleaning our room everyday and our mini bar was always stock.I must give a loud shoutout to the man Bigs the head chef who went above and beyond and made my stay so special by making me homemade pineapple ginger tea and boil dumplings even when those weren’t displayed on the buffet line. Curry chicken at the grill at lunch time is always shot and this from a Jamaican. can I tell you how I shell dung jerk hut every day while chilling at the lazy pool? jerk chicken and pork bad!

Wi-Fi!! if you must have internet access throughout your vacation this is not the place for you. This property wifi connection is terrible to say it’s the worst wouldn’t be an understatement. I don’t think they are putting out enough effort to resolve this issue so please call to check the Wi-Fi status before you book the his property. I am sorry I had to leave a bad comment because I liked everything else.

Food was excellent. Probably the best resort food I ever had. I paid for butler service. My butler Orrett was very attentive and accomodating.

The rooms were a bit dated, but clean.

Wish there was a little more variety for breakfast. The staff member who came to restock the mini bar came knocking on our room door at almost 11p.m.... no bueno.

Everything was great,I can’t complain. I just left and I’m already thinking about going back.

I stayed for 1 week and that wasn’t enough time to enjoy everything they have there.

when check in, Receptionist Politely smile at the guests in front of me, but not at all to me.and check my bank card,and ask if my girlfriend pass 18 years old. I feel like I'm not being respected。
