Novotel Torino Corso Giulio Cesare

Location is very convenient. Free parking for hotel guests. However, no teams were seen within the 4 days visit. There was public buses instead. Overall building in good condition. Swimming pool opening time seems too short 11am-7pm. And it is quite a small pool for such a big hotel. There are outdoor gym and kids play area which has been very pleasant. However, the indoor gym has only three machines (muscles training. Running. Biking.)and one of them is out of order. And it is really really small. I would properly say each time two user maximum into the little gym room. Well equipped with towels and water machine though. But it would be nice to have it triple the size instead of dozens of conference rooms around. Hotel restaurant Buffet dinner was mentionable. 25€ for adult, 13€ children. Good choices of food. Ravioli was exceptionally good with meat base sauce. However, breakfast needs huge improvement in terms of quality of food. Croissants were way too over cooked that nearly nobody consume them. Boiled eggs are too old to be served. There were different types of fruits daily but they are not as fresh. Only one coffee machine was available which is truly disappointing. Guests need to wait at long queues for just a coffee. We were not able to have a filling breakfast because the quality of the food was really not up to standard. Novotel never fail us in terms of pillows. Always a several choice of hard and soft pillows. Mattress need to be updated as we could feel it has been greatly used. by previous guests. Air dryer was strong enough which is certainly a plus for ladies. The choice of shampoo and shower gel was great. Appreciate that fragrance which was relaxing for holidays. I would say it’s a yes and no for Novotel. Hotel staff were generally friendly and efficient. It is a good choice as family if you do not mind the quality of breakfast being served. We will be glad to return if hotel take note into that area and make necessary improvements.

The staff is friendly.

The hotel is far from the city center. You need to take a tram or a bus and it takes 30 minutes to get in the city center. There is no restaurant near by so in the evening you have to take dinner at the hotel. (good food but limited selection and rather expensive). There was a taxi cab drivers strike while we stayed there so taxi was not an option . There were a lot of kids 12-15 years old staying at the hotel(Giocomondo camp) that were very annoing. The kept using tje elevators all the time so we stayed in line for elevators and always very busy. The pool is very small suitable for small kids.

Really friendly and helpful staff with a warm welcome on check in. Our dogs were made to feel very welcome as always in an Accor hotel. Good size room with large double bed and sofa. Good location close to motorway junction with green open space nearby to walk the dogs. Perfect for an overnight stay to break a long journey. Secure underground parking.

Wifi signal was a little weak and dropped out regularly.

Everybody, but the breakfast supervisor, were very friendly. In the lobby there is a big TV we could watch some football, with drinks from the bar next to it. Very nice.

Due to the COVID measures, Breakfast was a joke. The supervisor was rude and the service was below zero. They were serving whatever leftovers they would get from the kitchen. There was a big line of guests waiting to be served. I am sure the management would not allow this if they knew!

The hotel is not new but is maintained and clean. The staff is great, the beds are comfortable

The location is problematic for those who are preparing to use the tram 4, which is crowded, crowded and full of pickpockets. It is better to use taxis. The air conditioner is old and working weak. There is no charging socket near the bed and it is impossible to lie in bed, charge the cellphone and surf. Other than that, the hotel is great

Staff was fantastic; we chose Novotel, because we know how good they treat us, clients. Parking place. Breakfast was fantastic, again. the room was BIG and clean; the bed was great too. Museo Nazionale dell’Automobile, the view from Mole Antonelliana and Torino Outlet Village was PERFECT 👍 the food everywhere in the city was very good, but it was no surprise.

Very nice building, modern rooms, very comfortable

if I had to say something, it would be the location since it is a bit far from downtown. However, that helps in terms of it being a calm place and it’s easily reachable by tram/bus, so we didn’t had any issues with that.

Room and beds were great, everything was clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was nice and much value for money. Traveling to Turin’s city center was easy with nearby tram station.

Pool was a bit smaller than expected (expectations were based on photos on website/booking.com.

Hotel was easy to reach, good helpful staff, rooms and furnitures in good condition, location very convenient if you are by car, far enough from busy quarters and close enough to reach tourist sites. Free hotel parking and also possibility to park on the street free of charge.

During night heating stoped functioning, so was a bit cold.

Good quality compared to the price. Professional staff. A swimming pool which is not so common in Torino. A bit outside the centre but with public transportation nearby. Good breakfast.

Very small swimming pool with cold water. Breakfast with a good choice but not everything available once eaten, e.g. pancakes adored by my kids.
