The property was comfortable and the breakfast was appreciated.
Getting ice cost either 10€ or required going to the bar which was closed. The shower gel and conditioner dispensers were empty in the shower. We received two phone calls while my son was still trying to sleep the next morning telling me the bath items were outside the door. Clearly they knew they were empty but left them that way for whatever reason. By the time they kept calling the next morning I had already showered and so it was a negative against the hotel.

Breakfast was wonderful. Location was very good. Just a brief walk to the boardwalk/marina for ferry rides or food. We were upgraded to a sea view room which was beautiful. Staff were very friendly and provided good service.
A/C was a challenge. The sea view room was hot and would not cool down past 73 degrees. We switched to a room next door with less window, but same issue with A/C. Everything else was fantastic though.

Amazing staff and very helpful Bed are confortable Breakfast is good with various dish but they need vegetables. Amazing view from the room. well situated and very convenient if you want to visit the cinque terra.
The room need to be renovated ASAP, the decoration is outdated for a 4 star hotel, the shower glass need to be deep clean (rusty join). The hotel general decoration look old and wear. because of the reason above, the value for the room is overated.

The location is excellent - a fine walk from the train station, convenient to the waterfront, shopping, and dining plus spectacular views of the harbor. The staff was very helpful and courteous, beginning with check-in to leaving our bags at the desk for an afternoon following check-out. The breakfast offered many choices, from eggs to cereal to pastries. I would return.
The bathtubs are a strange shape that makes for awkward showers.

The room whist on the small side was clean tidy with a fantastic view of the harbour. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The hotel is is a great spot. Included breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and everything was of a high quality. We could not have been happier.

As with the other nh hotel in Milan that we stayed in, it was very loud. There was a local band playing outside somewhere one night and it was deafening! Lack of soundproofing is my only issue.

Location, view from the room, the welcoming staff, the high end gym, breakfast included in the price, the gorgeous bedroom & bathroom interiors- all first class! And handy parking. Restaurant also great & Barman Guido who recommended places for us to visit.

The location in the heat of La Spezia was great, walking distance to some nice cafes for a spritz on the waterfront or breakfast at the Orange Rooms. Room was a large size overlooking the harbour and perfect for the two of us.
Bathroom a bit dated along with the shower pressure being a bit worse than I'd have liked!
