Albergo Teatro

The location is excellent, in the lower part of La Spezia closer to the waterfront. One block from the street with bus lines leading to the the train station and beaches outside town. Three blocks from the waterfront. Lots of restaurants, cafes and other amenities nearby. The hotel is managed by a couple who were very nice and provided helpful recommendations on local eateries and beaches.

Our rooms had portable air conditioners, which were a bit noisy. It was hot the week we were there so had to run them at night. Shower stall was narrow by North American standards, but that was the case in most European hotels we stayed in.

Host is very nice and friendly. We are grateful that he waited for us for our late check in which was unexpected (flight was delayed by 3 hours). I would like to thank him for the great attitude, patience and kind understanding. The location of the hotels is perfect, it is indeed in the center, very close to anything you need.

It was brilliant, Antonio was lovely. He sat us down talked about all the wonderful areas to swim, to eat and to see. The room was wonderful. The location was ideal right next to a major bus stop, right next to the port and a 10 minute walk to the station.

The room was the same as in the Booking pictures. The men who work there were so hospitable and sincere. Although our room don't have a special bathroom, the common bathroom was so clean and we don't feel uncomfortable when we use.

Great location and very helpful and friendly staff. Shared bathrooms were clean. Room was spacious and had its own sink.

The bathroom was frequently occupied, and a kettle (not just a microwave) to heat up water for the tea would be nice

very good location and nice hosts! Good communication with Antonio and we were able to leave our luggage after check in.

Just be mindful to bring your own towel , we only had hand towels, did not bother us as we had big towel with us. Also some guests do not leave the bathroom clean but not the hosts' fault, they were always cleaning:)

Great location only 15 minutes from the station. Clean, very comfortable room and quiet. very friendly with lots of recommendations and advice on what to see in cinque terre. Highly recommended.

Nothing, all good

The staff/owner was incredibly nice and helpful. The cleanliness was superb. They let us leave our bags there for free on our last day. Had a great AC in the room which was a nice break from the heat. Room was in a convenient walkable area.

The manager of the hotel was really helpful, he gave us very goood advices for our journey. The hotel itself is good, very clean, I really recommend you choose this hotel.

Small thing: the street is a jt loud so I recommend you take earplug.
