Hotel Fioroni

Breakfast was amazing! There was a wide range of food for any craving you might have in the morning! The location is about 15-20min walking distance from the center but there's bus as well. The walk there is extremely enjoyable because of the great view. It's also quiet there which is cool after a long day. I'd say it's an amazing hotel for couples and families. The room has a cute balcony with enough space to sit on it for two people and enjoy the view.

A lovely family run hotel on the edge of Bellagio town. It is really well located - it's outside the centre of the town, but close enough to walk in for dinner etc (10mins). Bellagio centre is so busy in the summer - it was nice to be away from the madness. And then you are well placed to visit San Giovanni, Pescallo and Loppi. Breakfast was excellent - everything you could want from a continental breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable - even for the single rooms, with air conditioning if you need it. The family that run the hotel are very helpful, and friendly. I would heartily recommend this hotel as a place to stay.

Despite being a non smoking hotel, the bathroom smelled of smoke, . The bed was a little hard, but actually very comfortable. It would have been nice if there was a pool, but there is a sports club next door which has a pool and loungers for hire.

Let me start by saying that I am not an easy person to please I’m really not but Hotel Fioroni crossed all the Ts and dotted all the Is for me. This place is a family based and owned business and therefore you could tell the difference. I literally felt I was home and not staying at a hotel. Location was marvelous not only the million dollar scenic view but the vicinity to bus stop, local restaurants, cafe, ATM/bankomat, supermarket within a few minutes of walking distance and the city center and ferry station within 15 minute walk with lots of beautiful boutiques, cafe, and restaurants along the way to turn it into an entertaining walk. Let’s not forget the friendly staff of the hotel, the entire family and crew. I highly recommend this hotel in a heartbeat. I visited three different countries on this trip and so stayed at three hotels and by far this hotel was the best of all again I think it’s because of the family based nature and management.

Everything was perfect maybe just add different styles of eggs such as fried and scrambled eggs to the breakfast menu but all and all everything was perfect.

Breakfast and coffee was great. Rooms and hotel was very clean. Family incredibly helpful. No bar or social area but a few seats in reception. As a family, ranging in age from 12 to 85, this was a great hotel. HOWEVER, the walk to the town was 15-20 mins NOT 10 mins. It's also UPHILL on way back and this was a challenge for my elderly dad. Buses aren't very frequent or reliable. Not many taxis. We did manage to jump on the tourist train and we requested a stop at our hotel....

The walk for my parents uphill. But I didn't research this properly. The price reflects the distance. 20 mins is fine if you have no health problems.

Very friendly family run hotel in a fabulous location with views of the lake. On check in the lady was so welcoming & informative of the hotel & surrounding areas & even brought us up to our room which was a beautiful room with stunning views from our balcony. The bed was comfortable with all the normal room amenities. The breakfast had everything you could want & the staff there were friendly. A short stroll into the centre of Bellagio with views all along the way. We loved this hotel, would love to return & highly recommend. Even their dog will greet you - wanting you to throw ball. Couldn’t find any faults - perfect place

Family owned hotel with very homey vibes that make you feel very comfortable. The lady who showed me my room was very sweet and kind. She gave me a map of bellagio and told about which ferries to take to see the neighboring towns. Never had someone take the time to give such great information upon check in so it was very nice to see. The room was perfect with a gorgeous terrace view of the mountains and lake to the left. Breakfast was delicious and included many options! The hotel dog and cat were very cute too. Great location only 10 min walk to city centre. Can catch bus back to como just around the corner.

Had a wonderful stay here. Great, relaxed atmosphere. Room was comfortable and a good size. Good minibar, nice shower. Loved having the little balcony which allowed for a great view of the lake, and the shutters and blinds were heavy enough to block out the huge lightning storm that hit in the middle of the second night! Staff at reception and at breakfast were really helpful and friendly, had great advice and recommendations for the area, breakfast was superb. Would recommend it as a place to stay in Bellagio.

Just a warning, it’s not too central, it’s a steep walk uphill from the port, c.15 minutes, and not all of it well-pedestrianised, but that’s to be expected given the location. (There are also bus stops nearby if that were a problem.)

Very good hotel. I have really enjoyed my stay and could come back here again some day. The room size is just right (I have been in more spacious, but it's ok). The view from the window is really nice. I think all rooms have balconies, mine was really small (2nd floor), Balconies on the first floor were much bigger. My room had a kettle with tea/coffee bags, and a small fridge with water and beer. The neighbourhood is really safe and quiet. Walking distance to the center. (Really don't use a car in Bellagio, leave it at hotel parking which is spacious) The hotel has an elevator, reception is open till 23. Breakfast was really good, good quality ingredients (meat, cheese), fresh vegetables, fruits, sweets.

The WiFi was a bit weak in my room, working, but rather slow.

Short walking distance to Villa Melzi. Parking extra cost 10 euro. The balcony was a nice touch. The room was very clean.

Although the accomodation had an nice balcony, we coudn’t use it because of the noisy street. At night is getting worse if you are a light sleeper. Luckily we had some wax ear plugs with us. They have a cute dog, but sadly all parking was filled with dog poop :( a little more care in the parking would be nice. The bed in room 7 has a hole in the mattress on the window side. The pillows are very high. :(

Bright and clean rooms, a balcony with a nice view, an elevator to climb the second floor and the breakfast floor (-1), good breakfast (it was said in the brochure that there is an option to order different kind of eggs for fee, but we were ok with boiled eggs without extra fee), parking (10 euro per day, fair enough), a good pizzeria nearby, and a short nice walking distance from the town centre, market and the shore villas.

My friend, a big guy, said the shower cabin was a bit small for him... well, yes, it might have been bigger, but no problem for us :) Price-quality rate is very good, absolutely recommend to short stays.
