very large room, beautiful structure in a beautiful and very handy location, with lake view. The breakfast terrace is beautiful, with an amazing view.

you have to walk outside to go to the spa/pool area, in winter that means you have to put on your coat, then remove, then put on again, etc. Heating can't be controlled in the room, you have to message the staff and they'll do it right away, still i feel like if i could have done it myself it would have been easier. restaurant is ok, i dined there once and i thought the price was too high for the quality i got. Breakfast is average.

Everything at the Park Germino was perfect. It was our first time in Italy, and it was recommended to try Lake Garda. What a beautiful place, and this hotel made it even better. Suits were very spacious with very comfy bed and air con was a god send. On our arrival to our suite there was a complementary bottle of wine and food and drink vouchers, which i thought was a very nice touch. We had a well stocked mini fridge, although you had to pay for what you used. Our suite was cleaned every day with fresh towels and even a fresh complementary bottle of water every day even if you hadn't used the previous one they left another one. (Tip) this might be the tight Yorkshireman in me but we took all the stock out of the fridge, put it on the worktop, bought our own drinks when out and about as it was cheaper and used the empty fridge to keep them cool, we even used the bottled water they kept leaving us to take on our days out. Breakfast was served from 7am - 10am every morning in the restaurant, plenty of choice from pancakes to meats to cereals, yoghurts even cakes, the only disappointment was the cooked breakfast which was cold and not much good but as I say all the other choice of stuff on offer made up for it so we never bothered with the cooked stuff after the first morning. The location was very good also, there was a bus stop just at the bottom of the complex on the main road to get to places like Lazise which I highly recommend, (beautiful little place) or the opposite way to Garda, you can even get the bus there to Verona which we did and only took a hour which is also recommended. Busses were very frequent but go by the timetable at the bus stop and not the online one as they differ a great deal and you will miss your bus 🤣, plus Bardolino is only a short 10 to 15min walk depending on which way you go to the centre . Will definitely be back.

Stunning location, beautiful apartment. Loved every minute of our stay, staff were lovely and attentive especially the lovely girl who served us on the rooftop bar. Stunning views across the lake whilst enjoying a cocktail. Apartments are a 10 minute walk down the hill to the edge of the lake then a lovely walk along to visit all the great bars and restaurants. If you have walking differculties the hill coming back may be too much its not steep but could be a problem for some. Would definitely recommend these apartments and Bardolino.

Only one little thing, the pool was beautiful but not heated and very cold. Not sure if they heat it in peak season but as it was still only September 23rd, and days were mid 20's it would have been nice to be able to enjoy a swim whilst sitting around the pool area.

good service, golf buggy took us to our room with luggage. pool was nice and ate in the lunch area twice. good you can use cardless service and pay at the end.

I think the grounds could be cleaned up a little. there was a dead bird that had hit the glass at the restaurant lay for quite some time before it was cleared away. also some algae at the bottom of the steps near the restaurant that was quite slippy and needed washed.

Very nice and spacious suites, very comfortable and well kept interiors. We were upgraded to a hamam suite, a feature which is just amazing, especially now in autumn. Good range of choices at the breakfast buffet.

Parking was a bit caotic when we returned from dinner as they are was some kind of function at the hotel and people were parking absolutely everywhere.

The pool areas were all beautiful and well maintained. We never struggled for space around a pool even in the school holidays. The location was perfect, short walk to Bardolino and Garda and the lake. Beautiful views.

We had an apartment and the terrace area outside wasn’t covered like the suites. Didn’t affect our holiday in any way but it was a shame.

Nice room/apartment with good wifi and air con. Large Terrace had table/chairs and sunbeds. 2 lovely swimming pools. Restaurant was nice with stunning views of the lake.

The complex was a 15 to 20 min walk to the town centre. No problem to clean the kitchen at the end of our stay but having to buy washing up liquid (of which you only use a fraction of it) and scourer was a bit of a pain, especially as we had no transport. Would have preferred if they added a nominal amount to the room charge and provide this in the apartment.

1. stracceti (?) steak in restaurant was poor quality meat 2. cleaner came a little early in the morning sometimes - about 8.15 - 8.30am. The sound of the cleaner’s trolley/vacuum cleaner woke us before 8 occasionally

we had a spacious room with a private pool. good layout - separate bed and living room with a small kitchenette (fridge, water cooker with tea & instant coffee) Rooms including bad room clean and everything works as planned. own sun beds next to pool with towels. car parking was included to room rate, good availability for places. some walking distance from parking place to our room - not an issue for us. good, quality and large variety of options at breakfast. Hotel is located at own park with lot of options (like pools etc.) - own wine yard :-) - I truly liked the environment

Extremely uncomfortable beds. We started in an apartment and when we got there we found out that You had to pay extra for towel change or cleaning of the room if you wanted it cleaned in the 7 days we were there, had to supply your own toilet roll
