Legian Beach Hotel

The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful and the property was kept lovely.

Our room which we were very happy with was unfortunately situated where every night and for hours a pub situated behind the property had very loud music accompanied by very bad singing. This actually kept us awake each night. The balcony from our room which had a lovely day bed seemed to be near the air conditioning outlet for all levels and it was like walking into an oven when you stepped outside onto the balcony. We couldn't use this area at all as it was just too hot, however loved spending time around the pool. Overall it was very relaxing!

location. there are others along this strip but they don't have deck chairs overlooking the beach. the staff were amazing. the breakfast was excellent. amazing bread. excellent food.

we got fat!! the resort should put up date wild of when entertainment is in so you know. you can get proper coffee. I on,y noticed when I saw the machine. once we started ordering at breakfast ( extra cost) a lot of other people also started ordering. you get complimentary tea and coffee with the breakfast. the tea is fine but the coffee didn't appeal to us. we asked for triple shots e tra hot latte and that is what we got. we like our coffee very strong and hot. we were happy to pay, as long as it was good.

The room, pool and general grounds were outstanding. All staff were friendly and access to the beach was great.

Our only problem was that our room 2A was right next JL Melasti which was very noisy day and night. Nothing a pair of ear plugs couldn't fix though :-)

Fabulous location on Legian Beach with patrolled swimming area directly in front. Rooms are a little tired but still very nice, Bali style, and the bed was very comfortable. We had a garden bungalow with a front porch large enough to relax on. There was an initial issue with our airconditioner which was resolved immediately - great service from the staff. Beautiful gardens. Excellent buffet breakfast. Overall a very relaxing experience.

I love that theres an adult pool so nice and quiet. The grounds are lovely with trees, ponds and squirrels! The spa is amazing best massages we had in bali! Get the ocean breeze massage I had it 3 times. Location is great too. Room was comfortable.

Rooms and hallways outside rooms are a bit dirty and could do with a clean. Wish there was an option to rent movies or satellite channels as nothing really to watch.

Brilliant seaside location of resort, awesome breakfast and restaurant food, very helpful staff. Super comfortable bed, pillow menu, beautiful grand premier pool villa.

Offered "upgrade" from premier pool villa to grand premier pool villa, for which we happily paid an additional US $40 per night. The Villa itself was spectacular and definitely worth the money if it had been located anywhere else..... Unfortunately it was tucked tightly into the corner of the property near the beach, with very busy roads within just metres of our bed on two sides. Sadly the local bike gangs enjoyed dragging down the beach road every night of our stay, mostly between midnight and 3am. If I wasn't feeling so sick from acute bronchitis (three doctor's visits in 6 days), I would definitely have asked to be moved, I just didn't have the energy to pack and unpack again. This was definitely no upgrade in my opinion, not a single night of peace.

amazing food and excellent service

The road noise (motor bikes) was a problem in our Villa until about 2am as it was close to the road.

Our initial room was all the way down the back up a lift then up stairs it was like walking in a maze Balcony was virtually a cupboard. The room itself felt very closed in and dated. We upgraded to a pool villa, but unfortunately this came at a hefty cost . The New rooms were lovely but pricey! Buffet breakfast great a nice selection and very enjoyable. Food and drink Prices in the resort has a 21 percent surcharge on-top We had a nice time I just don’t think the resort was great value for money

I stayed in a Villa and the amenities were exceptional. My family also stayed in seperate rooms. Their rooms were great too. The location was perfect. The adults only pool was a breath of fresh air when you dont have little kids. The swim up bar and service was wonderful. The breakfast was plentiful. We had 2 special dinners whilst there. We enjoyed the royal feast for my birthday and we also had the Tepanyaki. Both incredible.

The first 2 rooms my family was shown were musty and smelly. They were finally moved to a terrific joining room, no extra charge. Speak up if you're unhappy with your room. I'm so happy that my sister spoke up. We were travelling in a group of 8 for my birthday. I'm so happy that my family were happy too.
