The Radiant Hotel & Spa

Very friendly staff, beautiful pools! The room was spacious and cheap. They offered room service everyday as well. The area is lovely comfortable couches and areas to lounge across the property. Plus beautiful greenery. The room came with water and tea, It was topped off when it was cleaned. The beds were very spacious and super comfortable. As well as the shower was spacious and large.

The only problem was that their facilities were closed but they kindly explained it was closed due to renovations. It is off season so it makes complete sense why. The bathroom door also didn’t completely close because it seemed a little stuck. :)

The room I booked was almost perfect. The place was a bit old and I can see the passage of time both in and out.

Their wifi has a small radius coverage and unfortunately resulted to deadspots. And their outlets may be different so make to bring an adapter since the hotel staff have barely enough spares of adapter for charging. Also please ask for another set of toiletries if the one they placed in the room doesn't smell freshly washed but seems to be taken from an old storage.

Very kind hotel staff, spacious & clean rooms, breakfast box was delivered to us before our early morning flight, nice swimming pools and garden/patio, internet was working well.

we liked the hotel but there were some negative details: the bathroom next to the lobby had a broken sink and looked dirty, the tv seemed to only have Indonesian channels, and one of our rooms had hardly any water pressure in the shower.

It was my second stay there and the staff are wonderful and continue to go out of their way to assist guests. The hotel organizes airport pick-ups and drop-offs 24/7 for a small fee. They can also help organize a massage in the room (the hotel spa continues closed but they have an external provider on call). The bed was comfortable, AC working very well.

Met all expectations. We required a hotel close to the Airport as it was an early start after travelling all day, Trip to the Airport was effortless - which was what we required.

Very close to the airport, great for a resting snooze before I caught a flight. Close to some cool places to shop, there is a huge warehouse sized one a short walk away with some nice places to eat. Clean, lovely staff.

Need use maps to find it in amounts the right streets, the area.

They upgraded our room and the staff was super kind. I loved the pool and the size of room and bed was very nice.

The bathroom wasn't my favorite. It was not great location for walking, I recommend taking a taxi. The restaurant was closed.

Booked it originally for a one night stay near the airport,but really exceeded expectations and was a great place ..great staff and beautiful place

Wifi is very bad condition, very slow no work can be done even after complaining no action was taken

Location was perfect never had to walk to far to see the whole town 💯🫶🏻❤️

Could not lock balcony to secure kids from falling of front door from kids walking off. 😞
