breakfast was very good the best was the free airport transfer at arrival. we didn’t find the man directly but it was super easy to go back to the information counter at the airport. a short call to the hotel and the driver came to pick us at the information counter it’s like 5 minutes from the beach

wifi Connection was weak and maybe because the room was on the corner we lost always the connection

Highly recommend for those unexpected last min flight reschedules. This place is great value for money and less than 15min walk from international airport. I had a 12hr flight delay. Walked to Manggar from international airport, enjoyed the facilities. Aircon rooms, clean shower & beds. Pools and small restaurant. Free WiFi. Less than 5min walk to the public central areas. Restaurants, bars, atms, shops, markets, shopping malls. Free one way airport transfer. I got dropped off at international aiport at 10pm.

Staff charged you if you wanted to recharge your phone. This was unusual, every where else in Bali staff would kindly do this at no cost. If you want to get massage make sure you have cash. Tip is not included in prices. Staff do not make this clear. You cannot charge it to your room. You have to make a separate credit card transaction to make payment and have min 20,000 IDR for tip.

The staff were all helpful, patient and professional. The room I requested on ground floor was near swimming pool and dining area. But not noisy. Room Service was also on offer. Hotel near airport and with my booking had free transport.

Not the best position for a hotel as tucked away in a side road with no views. But with hotel built around courtyard with greenery and swimming pool just beyond reception and entrance area appears bigger than is. No signs to say where back roads lead to and narrow roads winding with no real pavements.

Smooth check in process even though we arrived past midnight. Got an airport pick up shuttle and the location was great as the drive was less then 5 mins. Check in staff explained everything well and we were able to pay by card. Decent facilities for the price. Provided basic toiletries and towels.

Rooms were a little beat up. There were some ants/bugs in the rooms and noisy animals outside in the middle of the night. Only 1 plug point at the bedside table to be shared by two beds, would prefer more outlets to charge phones.

Staff were all very helpful and friendly Our room was a good size with a balcony overlooking the pool. Wifi was always reliable and good. We travel to a lot of hotels in Asia and these were the best beds we have had. Comfortable and with good quality bedding. Extra pillow on request no problem. Daily tea,water etc. Pool was refreshing but smaller than the photos would indicate but always pool beds available. Included breakfast was good selection

I initially thought the room safe was faulty even with a key but just needed careful wiggling in and out to fit.

soo close to the airport, free easy shuttle to the airport. the hotel was excellent value for money, we used it before a 830pm flight to Australia and they even let us check in a little earlier so we could shower after travelling from Lombok earlier that day. clean and tidy, budget, but easy $22 to spend to have somewhere to shower, leave our bags, and eat. even organised a scooter for us to so scooted off to Kuta beach, only 15 min scooter ride away.

for the price - it was what it was!

I stay here mid june for a few days. I had a late flight so wanted a hotel close to the airport, It was great the hotel picked me up from the airport. The free breakfast was great. freshly made. Make sure to try the indonesian breakfasts, they were declious, dont waste your time with the others. :D Staff i encountered were lovely, professional and very friendly. You get what you pay for, bed was a decent king size bed. Bathroom was slightly dated but hot powerful shower and it was clean. Pretty sitting and pool area but its mainly in the shade.

Quite close to the airport, easy check-in but you have to pay a deposit for the key, seemed to have a nice pool but I didn't dip in. Staff were quite nice, you also get a free welcome drink which was a nice touch.

I felt like the shuttle was a bit overpriced at 70k - I'd recommend getting a bluebird instead. The bathroom was quite worn, I didn't feel comfortable using it personally. Terrible Wi-Fi. AC was a bit weak.

Perfect stop for traveling to/ from the airport. Free airport shuttle was a great service and staff were very accommodating with departure times etc. Rooms were clean and simple with good amenities. On site restaurant was handy for a quick and easy dinner. Nothing to complain about really! Wouldn’t stay here for an extended period of time but great for a stopover.

A pleasant place, polite staff, good meals. The pool looked great but I couldn't use it as I had stitches healing. Bedroom good, but a chair or two in the room would be convenient, and so would a cushion!. Good TV and many overseas programs.

Toilet seat needs fixing. Personally, I didn't like the bathroom liquid soap .
