The Anvaya Beach Resort Bali

We stayed for 2 nights at The Anvaya a couple of days ago. It is a super awesome, big and luxurious hotel. We love the beautiful ambiance and view of the beach. Our room, which has direct access to the pool was beautiful and super wow. Heavenly bed and pillows. The staffs were friendly and professional. The food for breakfast was excellent, all organic foods are so fresh. We really enjoyed our stay at The Anvaya. We will surely come back again someday to stay at the Anvaya!!

We have stayed in two different rooms - standard room and suite. I would not come back to standard room. It was pretty small for the price but nice big bed. The suite was very nice: amazing view to garden and sea, big and confortable bed, 2 showers, bath, robes, mini sweets to the room every day and etc. Food was 10/10. Beachfront restaurant was nice. Pools were clean. Staff was nice.

Would be nice if beach in front would be clean with sun beds. Unfortunately its a public beach.

The staff is amazing! So friendly :) they do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Starting by the pool staff ending with the cooks during breakfast :) everything was really perfect! Special thanks to Nisa and Sandi they made me feel more than welcome everyday at breakfast or at dinner :) and also special thanks to Sudi, who served my coffee with some nice German words every morning :) and Windu, allways made me laugh. Thank you so much to the whole team! They are just amazing! Everybody allthough wearing a mask, you could see their huge smile. I would like to definitely come back :)

The hotel is beautifully designed and the back garden offers an amazing atmosphere for an evening drink. There is also security staff that prevents the man, beach-beggars from coming up into the hotel.

If you sit in the front row of the pool bar, near the beach there are many beggars that try to sell you something. I don't mind the polite ones but there are some that won't take no for an answer.

The property was great, very clean, a lot of greenery, pools are large, and the breakfast selection was magnificent! Room that we stayed in, with lagoon access, was very clean, spacious, and amenites provided was great (including the free kitkats and pringles!). The bed was comfortable and the pool was great for a bit of fun during our stay. Staffs were great! Very helpful, warm and just plain fantastic! Will surely come again and recommend the hotel to our friends.

None on the property. Probably just my two cents on the people offering services (massage/braids/watersport) in the hotel’s private beach, would be great if they are limited/provided a centralized spot somewhere so that the beach patrons that just want to play/rest don’t have to deal with saying no/being hassled all the way through.

The room could have been a little bit bigger. The coffee at breakfast has no taste. Main concern: The beach needs to be cleaned and taking care off. The hotel should use their staff every day to do a clean up for two hours. Even if the hotel is not owning the beach, this is part of your value proposal. Every hotel should do that btw.

Very stylish hotel! Big pool area with lots of sunbeds. Beautiful view to the sea and next to te beach promenade. Breakfast was one of the best I've ever had.

Breakfast was extensive and so lovely at the sands restaurant! You may have to wait a long while for teas and coffee and a table but thats the only issue. The food was lovely, quality of food amazing. They have hooka/shisha at the hotel. the beds are very comfy. Staff are lovely and so friendly. Note that if you flying out late, there is a lovely departure lounge where you can shower and chill after you have checked out. I booked a family premier room. The mini bar snacks are complimentary.

the fact that there is not much activities. If they did, then the instructor would not pitch (yoga & water aerobics) and the hotel would not inform us. The gardens are beautiful and well kept. Kuta beach is filthy and you cant swim in there.

Everything, excellent levels of service. Food on site is exceptional and reasonably priced, the sands restaurant is a wonderful place to watch the sunset and relax on an evening. Hotel restocks room fridge with soft drinks everyday for no charge and the facilities are cleaned constantly. Nice variety of pools with large number of sun loungers to relax in. Hotel is right on the beach promenade with easy access to Kuta beach. Staff are friendly and helpful. My deluxe twin room was spacious with comfortable beds, set in a quieter part of the hotel with it's own pool. WiFi and internet access were fast, with the TV in the room allowing you to login to Netflix YouTube abs Disney plus.

Gym could do with wider range of free weights

The room was very big, the bed was huge and very comfortable. Everything was clean, the AC worked fine. Nice balcony with two armchairs and a table. Complimentary water and beverages was replenished daily. In the evening you would also get a small sweet treat to your room. Fantastic breakfasts, with a lot of ready options and live cooking stations. Two restaurants - "Sands" with an ocean view, and Kunyit with traditional dance shows in the evening. I usually chose Kunyit for breakfasts, because it was less crowded. Dinners in both were excellent. In Sands you'll get also some western food options for lunch/dinner, while Kunyit is Indonesian/Asian focused. I recommend having dinner in Kunyit at least once, to experience the hands washing ritual and to enjoy the dance performance. Spa services amazing - great massages! A couple of pools to chose from, all surrounded by lovely lush greenery. I loved the big cushions in the pools - perfect for laid back floating. There is a lot of sun-beds around the pools, so no problem with finding one. Frozen fruit skewers were a nice refreshing treat. I ordered a breakfast box one day and there were at least 6 or 8 options to choose from. The amount of food I found in the bag was surprisingly huge. Everything neatly and carefully packed. All the staff members are very kind, welcoming and helpful. I felt very well taken care off at all times! Whether in the restaurants, by the pool, at the spa, at the reception desk or at the concierge desk - everyone is genuinely friendly, focused on helping you and assuring you have the best experience possible. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe and under special care. The staff members remembered my name and were checking on me every day during breakfast. I had some lovely conversations with many of them. My biggest shout out and respect go to Mr Gunawan, who helped me in the middle of the night with an emergency situation I experienced! Thank you, Mr Gunawan!
