Natya Hotel Kuta

Location was perfect along with the price for our stay that kick started to our happy, fun and enjoyable time in Bali. Staff were helpful and accommodating to our needs during our stay. Loved the services provided to our room. Really made us special and relaxed.

Just the continuous leaking of water in the bathroom area. Right at entrance as you go into the bathroom and comes out into main entrance to room. A good maintenance job us needed to get this fixed up. We used our bath towels every day to dry this up.

Great staff, a convenience store is part of the hotel, good breakfast and bar, and nice pool.

In this hotel your experience will be determined by the particular room you get! If you want a good experience, make sure you get the more expensive room. We had two stays, one on the fourth floor in a great room, and one on the third floor in not such a great room. The last room had bad maintenance, looked run down, and had a terrible smell.

The staff was the kindest and most helpful staff ever, the breakfast was amazing and in every morning they asked us if we wanted fresh fried eggs or scrambled or omelets and the chef prepared them to us right away. They also made us breakfast bowls after request because we had a very early flight in the morning and they generally helped us with everything. The room was very clean, the pool was very nice and they cleaned our room every day! Looking forward to come back, thank you for everything.

It was close to airport and affordable price with delicious 😋 breakfast 🍳 and I loved it.

Wifi was below the average so every time I need to come out from my room to get a better signal ☹️ so please fix that issue. As wifi is very important for every traveller.

Staff is friendly, comfortable to stay or long stay, parking area and pool to relax.

Unless you are a confident wheelchair user the rooms aren't especially suitable for wheelchairs. (V. small bathroom no shower seat?) Also a v steep ramp on the entrance means you will need a push!

Perfect for a stop over near the airport. Excellent local style breakfast buffet!

I chose this place for the price, rating, pool, and proximity to the airport. It was great for my needs but not particularly close to any destinations. But, close enough to walk or take a short grab ride anywhere you want to visit.

So i was book this time for my birthday event for 3D2N Aaand everything was super great !!❤ The junior women reception give me room exactly i am request 😃 I am always request room at ground floor with double bed and pool view, i like this side cause more sun when the daytime and warm not humid like others room beside my experience cause i stay at this hotel soooo many times ( you can see my name and date on the review ) And what makes more special is the senior women reception its getting nicer, and very friendly ( not like before ) I mean its lil weird feeling at beginning 😂 but i really appreciat it madam ❤❤ yeah i see shes have trying very hard and i am very happy of it❤❤ Thanks natya you are manage your staff very good and profesionally and thanks again for be nice madam i hope youre more happy now so you can spread the happiness with every guest who stayed in your hotel ❤❤❤💐 Just being nice please for guest who gonna stay here or the staff working here cause when you being nice and kind from your heart the universe will thank you back , so keep be nice and respect each other 💐

Everything super for this moment!!!

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and tidy. Staff was welcoming. We really loved the breakfast. The mini mart at the hotel was really convenient.

The room could be made a bit more appealing like by fixing the wallpaper, fixing broken tiles and cleaning the couch. The couch looked and felt dirty.

Its value of money and still alive even in this pandemic situation , the restaurant stafg, housekeeping, and junior reception are exellent!!

The reception that senior women is not helpfull et all , but the others junior reception are vey helpfull, ive been stay at this hotel many times almost every 3 days! But since i meet this senior reception are never changes and not helpfull personality!! Maybe you should learn to your junior madam how to be helpfull and nice reception, cause reception are first moment to the guest and its will effect the review of your hotel!! Thank you
