Far from shoping centre. But ok there is plenty of public transport

The breakfast menus are monotonous. No vegetarian meal and free drinking water (outside breakfast time).

My online booking was not accepted and the response was too slow.

The location is good and also the hotel itself is decent and clean. The card doors are also a plus. Overall it is a popular hotel in the area and I see why that is the case.

The Wifi in the room I was given was very poor. I had to go to the lobby to access good wifi.

Decent facilities.

Not so clean. Lots of hair on the bathroom mat. Very small bathroom sink. No variety at breakfast. Only a couple of asian dishes.

Nice staff. The room was spacious. The lift / elevator worked. The room had been cleaned and the bed sheets were fresh. Comfy beds. Lots of furniture and a desk.

I didn’t feel very safe. Women are strictly not allowed to stay alone in the hotel; only married heterosexual couples / families are allowed to stay in the rooms (I will upload a photo of the sign) .. and there are signs everywhere saying DOUBLE LOCK YOUR DOORS. Our lock didn’t work properly, so it was a bit unsettling. Bugs all over the room - ants, spiders, beetles, flies and others. Broken toilet (flush didn’t work), broken shower (dripped constantly so the floor was always wet). Very smelly drains. No toilet paper. The towels smelled terribly of mould so we couldn’t use them. We paid for a fridge but the one in the room had no wires at the back so couldn’t be plugged in or used. The mugs in the room were really dirty. We went for the included breakfast at the specified time and there was no breakfast.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable!

*The air conditioning was extremely noisy and ineffective * very poor reception on the television *the taps were loose in the sink. * some of the staff were cranky *we went downstairs to ask for toilet paper and the staff member on the desk said he’d bring it up. It never arrived

The service it's so bad ,,, reception staff very bad Thay speak rude all the time ,, Thay don't respect customer,, no body speak English,, high voice,, I cant find manager,, no body control the stuff,, I didn't feel comfortable,, this first time I write comment for hotel in my life ,,

There is an elevator

No soap, the sheet is rough, cockroach and the worst is the team scream in the corridor between 4 and 6am. No respect for customers. So it’s cheap, but respect is free.
