Verse Luxe Hotel Wahid Hasyim

It was a very clean room and toilet. Right size. A full window with a view out. The hotel was very clean and cozy. Great location. Sarinah shopping centre is a short walk away. In short, it's an exceptionally good hotel.

When I was checking out, I requested a receipt. The two front desk staff said no. And despite me asking them politely, they simply refused. I could not understand the logic or behaviour. When I asked to see their Manager, they gave all kinds of excuses. Unbelievable. Why that happened is beyond my comprehension.

pros: i really really love the jacuzzi in my suite room, everything is perfect, the bathroom, the bed (love the japan cozy room style), fast wifi and good location near some restaurants

cons: no hand soap and body lotion, no brekkie buffet during the pandemic so they delivered it to your room at 7 in the morning

I like everything about the hotel but would appreciate so much if the management would like to do some maintenance

The towel was so bad. Worst i ever had i any hotel i ever stayed in

The staff was accommodating, friendly and helpful. The location is nearby public transport, bus Station MH Thamrin, a little further is MRT Station and about 5minutes Grab ride to Tanah Abang. There's street food across from the hotel and Sarinah is also within walking distance. The room is great, clean and spotless, albeit a little small.

The shower door is transparent, would be awkward for group of friends. Breakfast is so-so, Wifi is great. Supposed check in at 2pm, but the housekeeping wasn't done earlier so we were stuck at the lobby until 3.30pm.

Good hotel in the very center of Jakarta 24h reception and you have parking lot in case you come by car You have everything you need a walking distance Shopping Mall, restaurants, street food, cinemas The stuff is super nice and friendly they will help you with anything you need The room is go enough, comfy bed, tv, mini fridge, good AC and a nice hot shower

The wifi is quite bad, always up and down Everyday at some point you have to long in again in to the wifi connection for some reason

Best Location ...close to Tangabang 5 Min Walk infront of the hotel around 100 Mtr Afamart and 2 Shop of indomart close to many restaurants and mall around 10 Min walk I stay around one week ... and I will come again

No security card to use Elevator any one can use it

The most that I like about this hotel is their bathroom, the bathroom so wide and has many facilities like shower, bathtub, toilet and 2 bathroom sink. The design interior also very unique. For the bathroom, they put the natural eco-design, and for the bedroom, they put the touch of japan atmosphere which makes the customer feel so comfortable and like in Japan. But unfortunately during pandemic the restaurant not opening so we don’t have many option fr breakfast cause they will bring the food to our room. But overall this hotel was good for a staycation😆

Breakfast (omg) well below average. No milk for my coffee and every time we went nothing left and all I had was congee. No worthy to pay for breakfast so much food on the street ( plenty to choose from).

no hairdryer which makes female traveller feels a little bit inconvenient. you have to make a call to the reception to request for hairdryer, and the staff collect the hairdryer from me at 10.30pm.
