room, reception staff, everyting was great tesco is next to the hotel for supplies good bus connections

the roomkeeping staff emtered the room even though we put the Do Not Disturb Sign on the door. they did this to multiple rooms as we could hear the iritated shouts from other guests. the pillows were poor quality, way too soft, couldn’t sleep well, had to buy a pillow. good quality pillows are not that expensive these days.

The cleanliness was excellent. The staff were professional and spoke English as well, which is so helpful. The hotel is in excellent condition. Most of all the Breakfast was amazing! I've stayed in my fair share of hotels and when you are away from home a good breakfast is comforting. We've all been to hotels that had a poor choice in the morning, so when you think it's not important it really really is. In the room there was a selection of teas and even hot chocolate. There was also a Nespresso machine. An empty fridge is available for anyone with a baby or that has medication to keep cool. The restaurant had good food as well.

Although the mattress was of good quality it was a bit too firm for me and there was only one pillow available. It would be good to have another one available in the closet. Also directions on how to use the Aircon next to the remote. This is just personal and it should not deter anyone from choosing this hotel.

The room was clean, big enough, staff was really willing to help and they were really friendly. The breakfast was really tasty and there were so many different choices of food, also for different diets. The hotel is nice with a lot of options (fitness, conference hall ...). The price is reasonable for the offer. It also has a garage (+10 eur per day), so you can leave the car in a secured place.

Too bad that the hotel is not really near the center, but the Metro station is 10min away by foot. Bottled water at the reception is really expensive (3 eur per 0.5 liter), but the Tesco Extra is 3-5 min away.

They have some public parking places in front of the hotel( free on weekends) but they also offer parking at a price in the garage. The rooms where clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good it had a very good variety of options to choose from. You have also a 24/7 supermarket 5 minutes waking from the hotel.

There where no beverages in the minibar in the room, but you could get them at the reception if you wanted.

-the breakfast was sooo delicios and there where a variety of food to choose from -the room and the bathroom were very spacious and clean -there is a private parking (10€), bit you can also park for free across the street (it’s safe) -we had luck and we could check-in at 8.00 a.m (stuff was very friendly) -we also had breakfast included the next morning, but we wanted to check out at 2.00 a.m, so they let us have breakfast the morning we arrived 🫶🏻

Room design was cozy. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good and offered a lot of options. Restaurant is a pleasant place to be.

The open shower design makes water fill the bathroom floor with no mop to clean up. There was a green ring of rust around the tap where the water is flowing making me not want to brush my teeth there.

perfect if you come by car as they have big underground parking space and cheap parking cost. 10-12 minutes to the metro station. awesome breakfast, big and nice rooms - overall very good value for money

distance to the city center

We rented the big Budapest Suite, a huge 60+ sqm room with space for up to 4 people but can host more due to the space. Carpet was very clean andf it has two bathrooms with both shower and tub, one of the two bathrooms is really HUGE. Acces to the garage is direct to the rooms. The area is quiet being a business area and there is both a Tesco supermarket walking distance with food court and a big Mall 5 minutes away. We tried the restaurant both for lunch and dinner (two times with room service) and we were pleased by the quality. If you have a pet there's a big green area just behind the building.

Two little black spots in an overall great stay: the lightning of the main room of the Budapest Suite can be improved, it was really "dimmed" all the time. ALso we experienced an annoying smell in the apartment for the whole stay, it wasn't unbearable but it smelled like kitchen smokes or some backwater and all in all it wasn't pleasing, we informed the Reception three times but nothing was done really. Not a tragedy but still a defect.

Excellent breakfast. Everything was nice and clean. But be careful of the decorative rack( holding the study lights above the bed), it might hurt your head When you want to bend while standing next to the bed. The beds are good but not supported with comfortable pillows. The staff are very kind and do their best to make comfortable reception and stay.

Everything was fab! Breakfast is high quality lots of choices. Staff is nice as always, it wasn't my first stay here.

It would be better more light, for example above that sitting area in the Family room where we been, there isn't any light, and need a new mattress because on the side is already no support.
