The hotel is at an excellent location for exploring the old town, shopping, strolling along the rivers. Very nice breakfast with smoked salmon, lots of fresh fruits. Nice clean room.

The first morning I was woken up at 8 a.m. by the noises coming from the cleaning lady on the corridor (fortunately no such noise the other two mornings). Contrary to what they say on their website, you cannot buy food (dinner) at the bar. They told me I'd get a 5 EUR credit at the bar per night if I don't ask for cleaning in the morning - but they didn't tell me how it works, that I should have gone to the reception to collect the voucher.

The staff was nice. The hotel was clean, and has a good location close to restaurants and shopping. There is also an underground parking garage for hotel guests.

The only thing my husband and I both didn’t like was the one all black wall. That’s not so pleasant to wake up to. It would be better if that wall had a decoration on it and some coat hooks. Also there really needs to be a privacy slider door or shower curtain for that room. Many people do value their privacy after stepping out of the shower.

the self-made waffles for breakfast! that is fantastic - no need to go to the US any longer ;-P. Most of the staff was very customer oriented too. A fantastic stay, if it hadn't been for the unnecessary trouble at checkout.

I was on a business trip and needed an invoice for my stay - which booking.com said I could get at the hotel. At checkout, the hotel initially tried to refuse it, saying that I had prepaid to booking.com so they are in no obligation. Only after insisting and with VERY notorious discontent, the lady at the reception gave me one. The parking is clearly undersized for the hotel and was full when we arrived, the hotel rejected my attempt to reserve in advance. Nevertheless, there is a convenient parking 50m ahead - which costs a lot more than the hotel's though.

Stayed four times in this hotel; always satisfied. Location is busy but close to shopping and old town with several restaurants. Good European breakfast, well kept facilities, friendly and well groomed staff.

Parking in underground garage of hotel but only got space once 4 years ago. Always full and not possible to reserve. This means temporary parking on sidewalk; luggage carrying and checking in, then park in very busy public parking garage with small parking spaces and walking back to hotel. parking fee €20.- for one night stay. Currently lots of construction in hotel vicinity.

It is an OK hotel nicely located in the city centre of Koblenz. The room is nothing special but sufficient and nothing to complain about, although it could perhaps benefit from better ventilation, in particular the toilet. The breakfast was totally fine, and the outside area really adds to (the wasps don't).

There was nothing we really did not like, perhaps the price felt a bit high. Also parking is a bit of an issue, the parking space is very limited and in most cases you'll have to resort to the shopping mall in front of it (closed 21:30-06:00), or one of the other nearby public car parks.

Our stay way exceptionally good, staff was friendly and organisation perfect. The breakfast also exceeded our expection both in terms of offerings and quality. Nothing at all to complain about.

The only complaint was our room service - probably a problem with one person, not with the room service in general. The cleaning personnel ignored the "Do not disturb" sign at the door and entered anyway, then after we went to breakfast they opened the doors and went away, even though our valuables were still in the room. Both are an absolute no-go. Fortunately nothing was stolen.

Location of the hotel is just perfect, many shops and old city is nearby. Personnel was responsive and very positive in regard of any question and umbrella in the hotel is available if it is raining. Perfect opportunity to have a coupon for drink in the bar, if you leave your room uncleaned for a day.

It would be more enjoyable if something warm will be available during breakfast except scrambled eggs and coffee of course. One more minus is that you must find the dinner place outside the hotel, but as the hotel is in the center there are many places around. Only one TV channel available in English language.

Everything was perfect: great location, friendly and attentive staff, nice breakfast, new, clean, modern hotel.

The shower area was a bit inconvenient- you have to get undressed in an open view, and then get to the shower. It may work for solo travelers or couples, but I was with a friend and we were a bit lacking in privacy while taking a shower. But it’s certainly not a big deal after all)

The location was ideal. Everything I wanted to visit, including the Deutsches Eck and the Old Town were just a few minutes on foot. The rooms were very nice, the breakfast was outstanding. They have a nice bar area to relax and have a few drinks. It was great@

All of the parking spaces under the hotel were occupied, so I had to park elsewhere. Fortunately there is a Parkhas right across the street, so it wasn't that bad.

Location of the hotel is great, very close to different restaurants, shops, the park, ... Breakfast was good, not too elaborate though.

The room was very clean. Only, the day of arrival there was a long black hair under the water bottle. The next day there was a long black hair in the shower. I can't really complain. Everything else was pristine.
