I really liked this hotel. I didn't want a hotel in the center of Koblenz so I tried this place. I was surprised to find a balcony overlooking the river.....barges, people fishing....it was great. An easy 40 min walk to the city across the bridge...mostly flat...about 4km (bus available if your not up for it, taxi home one night cost 19 euro). Staff was really nice....good breakfast....continental but with nice warm soft boiled eggs). Highly recommend, I would stay again and I'm sure I will, hopefully the same room :-) Good restaurant options close by and also a supermarket and drink shop just up the hill.
WIFI did not not work for me....neither chromebook or phone. Not to worry.

The staff was super nice and friendly, and the breakfast was great, we enjoyed it so much. The location is beautiful by the river, although a bit far away from the railway station. Alltogether we were very happy about our stay here.
I think everything went well. Staff was not super fluent in Ensglish, but the helpfullness made it up :). We were a bit disappointed that the restaurant&weinstube was not open at this time of the year.

Lovely traditional German hotel with views over the river. Bus stop nearby with regular service into Koblenz. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff.
