Lifts are separate from each other, so need to press two buttons to get it fastest. Waffles were not so tasty, though made on the spot... Bit of a pain to enable Internet, needs to register for program with full contact data... Most hotels these days make it easy to connect, like before 9/11 (was a period of many years thereafter where EU made hotels make Internet very difficult to use). McDonalds were among the first in hospitality to reduce the user barrier for Internet WiFi activation...

There aren’t many options in Kaiserslautern for an affordable but comfortable hotel, so it’s usually either this or the Best Western. I love that they’re dog-friendly.

I’m from a small German town so I’m always very surprised to see how many U.S. military people are here in uniform. It’s pretty uncomfortable, especially considering they always write really inappropriate/sexual messages on the alphabet block message board in the lounge. I think the presence of so many military in uniform is enough to make me consider not staying here.

Nicely located , easy access to the city, huge (free) parking lot. Great tasty breakfast, ok internet speed , very clean rooms, comfortable beds, reasonable price

Hotel was severely understaffed when we visited. Rooms were not ready at 3pm for many parties; I observed that families with small children who had to wait more than an hour for their room, weren't even provided with free drinks but had to pay for everything while waiting towards 5p to get their room; things improved when the (alerted) hotel manager got in action the next day

great location: 15 min easy walk to city center and free parking. great breakfast, comfortable bed (high quality mattress, pillows, comforter, and towels), water heater in room and ceramic mugs and glasses. nice shower.

room needs more lighting and bigger window. thermostat would not cool down room (stayed at 20-21); room service by request and often takes until late in the day. room design slightly cramped-not many drawers and must fold up desk to walk around bed.

The breakfast was the best in all the 6 hotels we have stayed in on our motorcycle tour. The reception staff were kind and warm and friendly. The food we had from the bar area was very good. The bedrooms were amazing - felt quite luxurious! The bed was very comfortable, the pillows a little too soft for us but really not an issue. Parking for the motorcycles was good and close to the hotel.

Truly, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Excellent value for money, spacious rooms with everything you need, including "living room" space and a large TV screen. Excellent design and function of each space in the room. Perfect for relaxing or business trip with everything you need. Amazing bathroom, spacious and comfortable. Lovely breakfast and staff, catering to all your needs and being respectful and courteous. Exceptional place!

➖small rooms, ➖room service knocked and entered the room at 9 in the morning while we were sleeping after lot of kilometres and late arival at 4am , they woke up all my family with small kids, even after we asked for later check-out from this reason, it was very bad, we couldn’t sleep more after this and we were very tired… when you pay hotel like this, you expect to have rest 👎🏻

The hotel was really great we loved are stay, very modern, clean , and the bed was super comfy ,we love the room layout.the breakfast was very nice ,plenty of choice from hot to cold and sweet treats also. And great coffee machine with different options. The bar at the hotel was cheap and open till 1am. Location to the busy bars was 13min taxie ride for under 10euro ,hotel staff very helpful and welcoming! We will stay again for sure.

The hotel was fantastic, the room was superb, modern and with everything, SMEG fridge and kettle, large flat screen TV, the bathroom was top modern with 2 showers. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was super delicious with a huge selection of all kinds of food, fruit, drinks and other thing

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel, it is simply a perfect hotel

The reception team were very patient and attentive. I appreciate the conveniency of the testing trailer across the parking to be able to meet the COVID requirements. The staff were also able to deliver my request of preference of rooms; often times hotels assigned less to nothing like the pictures on their website, but Hampton did not miss our request and the assigned room was exactly as pictured. Breakfast was standard selections in the lounge area, the early you showed you’d have better chance of catching it still warm/hot fresh. There’s a restaurant attached to it (called Masons, I think). Although we did not try it, but another convenient factor for some who may not like the hassle of going out far to find dinner. Parking is free in their parking lot, no hassle with finding a spot unless you’re reserving during their peak season.
