B&B Hotel Kaiserslautern

The hotel is located next to the train station. Additionally, it is within walking distance of several US Kasernes, which makes this a good hotel for a PCS. The rooms met expectations but were not exceptional. The breakfast was also good but not exceptional. The hotel staff was nice. There are some parks within walking distance if you have kids with you.

There was not enough parking at the hotel. There are several parking spots, but when the hotel is at full occupancy, there will not be enough. Several people had to park on the grass and several people (including me) got a parking ticket.

Breakfast was good. A wide choice of tasty food, fresh fruit juices and delicious coffees. Due to a misunderstanding, no cleaning had taken place in the morning. When we returned to the room in the evening, the towels had not been changed and the beds had not been made. the employee at the desk arranged clean towels, etc. very quickly. compliments!

We had a room on the street side. This made it very noisy all night. Due to the warm weather and the fact that the air conditioning itself made a lot of noise, closing the window was not an option. Next time we will try to book a room at the back of the hotel.

Very comfortable looking and cozy

So much hair from previous top customers in the corners corners of the bathroom.. I'm not talking about a little hair I'm talking about clumps of hair.

Very cozy and just what we needed for a nights stay. Although we had to pay for breakfast it was well worth it; they had a variety of selections and the convenience of not having to leave was awesome. We would stay here again.

The hotel really exceeded my expectations. Located very close to the train station, on a busy road, I thought that I was going to be noisy but the room was really really quiet (as long as the window was closed of course). The room was very clean and very well equipped and the staff very helpful and friendly. Overall a very good experience.

The room was a bit too warm for my taste but overall I had a good night's sleep, so it wasn't too big of a problem.

I honestly have no idea why there are bad reviews! The location was great! The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the AC was better than any AC I've seen in European hotels. We will be back for sure!

There are zero complaints. Other than not having an ice maker lol.

Very clean, self check in, convenient location.

No parking, was full and no way to find free place, took me 30 mins to drive around... Room is right beside the Hbf, dusty and noisy if window is open. Around 9am room service knocked my door to see if I check out -_-...

The room is very adequate, more like a hotel than a B&B or hostel. What was really amazing was the possibility of automatic check-in with a code. The train (thank you Deutsche Bahn) had hours of delay, but I could enter the hotel and my room without any problems. Really good!

Having a double bed and bunk bed was amazing for a family of 4. Pretty hard to find one room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Love that about this hotel.

The room was kind of noisy. We were hearing people rearranging furniture super early in the morning. Parking is terrible. There are only about 20/25 parking spots available at the hotel. We risked just parking and hoping not to get towed or a ticket. Other than that it was a nice stay.

The employees were very professional and greeted me warmly. The employees seemed to be be doing a lot of work. They were great and needed help or a raise. Be proud of them.
