NH Ingolstadt

I've stayed here only for one night to make a break from a long drive. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The location is perfect, only few minuted from the highway, and in a walking distance from the city centre. The rooms are large and spacious, quiet, and well furnished (working desk, comfy chair, etc.). The breakfast was ok, the coffee machine made good coffee.

I was not aware beforehand that the hotel parking is not free for the guests. Would be nice if hotel guests receive a special rate for parking.

Breakfast was excellent, with varied choices of hot and cold dishes. Cleanliness was also a highpoint, everyone wearing masks and plastic gloves were provided when handling food. Please be mindful that plastic is detrimental to the environment, so ensure that you are disposing properly. Excellent parking facilities.

There was only one staff member to man the desk on the evening and morning periods. These are busy times when people are checking in and out. The furniture and bathrooms were dated, but not glaring so, all clean though.

Nice and clean. The only small complaint is that the beds were a bit too high (around 70-80cm) for average-height people that my parents are. Once you get on the bed, you need a really good reason to come back down 😂 It should probably be noted for the next visit. Otherwise a fantastic place!

Thought the cost included breakfast but when we checked out we’re told we owe for breakfast. Only had a bread roll and were charged €16 pp. Would have skipped breakfast if we had known.

very comfortable Hotel near to the highway with all amenities. staff was extremely helpful and the recepetion open 24h which was importamt because I was deiving through the region. would always come back again.

Friendly and accommodating staff. We did not want to buy the entire breakfast and we were able just to buy a coffee and muffin. Thanks and we hope to see you all once again on our next stop. We always here.

Selected as guest of the day, and receiving two free drinks at the bar! Never happened before..... Just made it to the restaurant due to a nine hour drive becoming a twelve hour drive due to heavy traffic, staff very patient with tired people.

We stayed at this hotel for a stopover during our drive. We checked in late and it was super fast and swift, which we loved cause we were really tired. Room was spacious and clean, bed very comfy. Location convenient right outside highway, but quiet.

Not very modern but softly renovated.

The location is great for travellers to Austria. The check in was smooth and the price was resonable compared to the value that we recioeved. The room was clean and the bed was fine. The breeakfast was great.

It would have been better if there was no Corona and no Corona measures but of course that is not the responsibility of the hotel.
