Radisson Blu Hotel Frankfurt

First impression was the reception smelled so good. staff were really nice and helpful and it helped that they all spoke English too. it was also close enough to the airport (10min drive) and another 15min drive to the city centre which is great.

the lobby smelled so good but unfortunately as soon as I entered the lift it didn’t smell so good and neither did my room, I had to spray it with room freshener. I also didn’t like that room service only started at 5pm. sometimes when on vacation you would like breakfast or lunch in the room.

Breakfast was excellent, great selection, great employees, very nice hotel, room was beautiful on 14 floor with Stunning View ,not far from the city, over all very happy

After I made reservations I try to contact the hotel and took me around hour and half to get some one on the phone, so I was a bit annoyed, but employees did great job and make all my requests possible,wellness extremely small and Crowded, for such a beautiful hotel is a shame . And personally I think parking should be for free for guests, but street parking was okay too

The reception staff were amazing, always ready to help and with a friendly smile. Great customer service. Keep up the amazing work. The room was very clean and very welcoming. The only small issue is they should supply more soap bars in the room, we only had one which is used very fast if you are a couple. Had to ask for more. Great Hotel

The Hotel was amazing, nothing too complain

The skyline view was great, the breakfast room and lobby stylish and the buffet excellent. Pool and sauna area was small but good. The bedding was also great. Staff was very accommodating. All in all a visually memorable hotel, missing a few finishing touches to make it overall a great stay (which it really could have been!)

The bathroom unfortunately had mould and the shower screen was mounted on the wrong side (causing a flooded floor when showering). Strangely the extra pillows in the cupboard did not have pillow cases - this was rather annoying to find out in the middle of the night! There also was no body moisturizer, which is unusual for this category of hotels.

Radisson Blu Hotel in Frankfurt provided a comfortable stay and met my basic needs as a traveler. Its convenient location and polite staff made it a suitable choice for exploring this big city. While there were a few small areas that could be enhanced.

While the overall experience was positive, there were a few minor areas that could be improved. Wi-Fi connectivity in the room was occasionally slow, and the housekeeping service could have been a bit more attentive. We encountered an unexpected and unique experience on our last night. As we settled into our room, we found ourselves amidst a power outage that affected the entire district, leaving us without electricity for a few hours. While the power outage was beyond the hotel's control, it did present some challenges, particularly during the hot summer night. The lack of air conditioning and lighting was very uncomfortable, but we appreciated the hotel staff's efforts to address the situation.

It's a great hotel with the right facilities and great location, especially if you need to go to Frankfurt Messe. I want to give some special attention to two of the bar personnel, they were just really amazing and made our stay more than perfect. They are so enthusiastic and helpful, if everyone would be like them, the world would be a greater place! The names of the man and woman are: Younes & Vanessa Also, the reception people were very helpful. The airco was not working on a few rooms. However, after there were other rooms available they immediately gave us a new room where everything was working well. So in the end, it was all settled!

It was great! Even if there were some small issues, everyone was really helpful to help and solve the issue immediately.

Must say it was an amazing experience from start to finish. One of the hotels where the staff could actually properly speak English. The hotel's exterior is truly impressive, and it sets the tone for the exceptional quality found inside. The moment we arrived, the reception staff went above and beyond to accommodate my 83-year-old grandmother, allowing us to check in a bit earlier than expected. Their kindness and attentiveness made us feel warmly welcomed. Upon entering our room, we were delighted to find a spotlessly clean and well-appointed space. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness was evident throughout the entire hotel. The room was comfortable, inviting, and had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Another noteworthy aspect was the flexibility with our check-out time. Knowing the needs of my grandmother, the hotel graciously allowed us to check out later than the standard time, which made our departure hassle-free and convenient. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of the impeccable service and exceptional care provided by the hotel staff. From the cleanliness of the rooms to the willingness to accommodate our specific needs, our stay was truly outstanding.

There was nothing that I did not like about my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I have no complaints to share. It was a truly exceptional experience.

We liked that we were able to check-in early without additional costs. The neighborhood is surrounded with high-rised offices/bldgs, one could find some restaurants & bakeries by foot. Nearest train station is an der Dammheide, hotel is at about 8-min walk from here. Breakfast buffet was quite good. Amenities were all functioning & we've had a great time during our stay.

We lacked some sanitary kits, like toothbrush & house slippers but with just one call at the lobby they were pretty quick in providing them..which I don't find negative at all. Quite understood the hotel's mentality about it. We'll definitely go back or check in at other Radisson Blus in & outside Europe. ❤️
