Motel One Frankfurt Airport

Perfect, as described. The staff crew guys were very nice and polite and are willing to assist. Room is well furnished. Bed was extremely soft and comfortable. Clean nice pillows. You can tell the hotel is very clean because vacuum cleaners were all around the hotel which left a good impression. Bathroom was clean, too. Area is very quiet and there's a big supermarket nearby. Nice window view if you like to see airplanes taking off :) Overall I can't really think of anything negative. Before check-in, I sent an email with a question and got almost an immediate reply to my question which is impressive. I would come back.

This time my room was practically in the basement (or as they called it half-floor) it was loud from some service activities, there was no mobile phone reception, the sockets next to the bed were not working for charging phone or computer and the ventilation sucked smoke from somewhere and I constantly could smell cigarettes. I very much recommend to avoid this floor! I was very disappointed with the room location, having in mind that I booked my stay several months prior and this was my third visit this year.

I generally like the Motel One brand. The hotels are clean and quiet, and the staff is supportive. I chose this one because of its proximity to the airport and shuttle service. The shuttle itself worked out perfectly. Very friendly and professional driver! The reception staff was also very helpful. The room was small but comfortable and had everything I needed, and I got a good night's sleep before my flight.

Getting to the hotel from the Hauptbahnhof was quite a challenge. I was too cheap to get a taxi so I took public transport, which was a mess (though perhaps I was just unlucky; the trams seemed not to be working that night). I would recommend splurging on a taxi in inclement weather :)

Despite the hotel is right next to the busy A5 motorway, rooms are quiet and well soundproof. Modern and nicely furnished and quite spacious. Comfortable bed. Shuttle bus from the airport is a great help and the price is reasonable (8.50 EUR) when booking the return. Great for a stay near FRA airport. Sadly, I woke up too late to have breakfast, so I cannot judge on that.

No significant issues. Maybe a bit more clarity on timings/price of shuttle buss on the website would be helpful. If booking last minute, it is difficult to be found.

The hotel location was perfect for our needs. We booked it because we went to a concert in the Deutsche Bank Park, which is close by, and we had a flight from Frankfurt airport the day after. So for these purposes, the hotel was ideally located. The room was very small but clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was nice and efficient. There is also parking for a fair fee.

The room is very small. For a couple, it was a bit uncomfortable. But since we stayed only one night and the location was perfect for us, that small room was a non-issue. Also, there was no minibar.

Shuttlebus from the airport to the hotel: free, from the hotel to the airport 7.50 euro each! WHY THE HELL???

This hotel room was incredible clean. In general it is very clean everywhere. No stains anywhere and the design rocks. The Breakfast was very detailed and made with love, the staff was very friendly. It is not a airport hotel (it's like 4 km away) but they have an airport shuttle.

The autobahn motorway is just beside the hotel and the noise level is unfortunately high because of this. Try to talk to the staff to get a room on the other side if it is too loud for you.

Room and bed were very comfortable. Price was great. Front desk reception was great. Bar area and breakfast were great. Shuttle from and to airport was super.

Noise from highway outside during the night (my earplugs were packed away and I didn't want to look for them). The corporate office park plus stacked parking garages is a veritable food desert (not dessert) for the solo traveler. If the bar could offer more food options (doesn't have to be a full-service restaurant), that would be good.

I booked this hotel because my flight was cancelled and I was stranded at Frankfurt. The receptionist was very nice and helpful and the room was great. Very comfy bed. The only thing missing was a facility to make tea and coffee, but German hotels don't generally seem to offer that. There was a free hotel shuttle from the airport.

This is a clean hotel that is right off the highway but still very quiet in the rooms. Staff was quite friendly, drinks were excellent in the evening and breakfast was pretty good. There is a large parking area around back.

The walk back and forth from the stadium was a little tricky and ended up taking even longer than I thought, but in my opinion still better than relying on public transport or waiting forever to get my car out of the stadium parking lot.
