Hyperion Hotel Berlin

What a great hotel ! Everything is new and modern. The interior design is beautiful. The service is excellent and the staff is very professional and helpful. The room is spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast is amazing ! The location is great; in a nice and quiet street in the city center near the subway. I would recommend this hotel to everybody.

Fantastic family suite and very comfortable rooms. We loved the hotel’s location too.

Breakfast was extremely busy and we were seated 2 days in a row in the overflow room which was the bar area. We only realised on the third day, when we finally got a table in the main breakfast room, that the selection of food in the bar was a little more limited. On the first day, the hot food was freezing cold and we had to tell a staff member. Also, we had to tell staff when things were empty. It felt a little like the attention was on the main breakfast room only.

We stayed with two young children and the suite we were given was lovely. The hotel is in a nice and quite location, with the metro stop just 4mins away (walking). We had a small kitchen in the suite and even though we only used the fridge, I can see how it could be very handy if you don't feel like eating out every night. There are no utensils but a pizza could easily be done in the oven. The room was cleaned every day and replenished with whatever necessary. The Executive Lounge was a lovely relaxing area, where one could enjoy a well-deserved drink after a long day out in Berlin. Breakfast was good with lots to choose from. Staff were friendly and helpful! The only thing I thought could be improved was the beds. They were somewhat uncomfortable but that could be quite subjective. All in all we had a lovely stay and I would definitely consider staying there again or recommend it to people. Thank you!

Great breakfast with plenty of choices (the only thing I missed was a cake or more than one kind of sweet pastry). We were lucky to get a room upgrade somehow for a very spacious, modern room with a huge private balcony on the sixth floor, which had very nice details like light sensors & control next to the bed. Very quiet location close to the city center via the u-bahn (metro).

The elevators break down very often. Only one of the two elevators worked when we arrived, the other one broke during our stay and when we were leaving after six days, only one (but a different one than we arrived) was working. This is very unpleasant together with the fact the hotel doesn't expect guests to use stairs except emergency (this rule fortunately wasn't applied during our stay). We also found several ants in the room but that can happen.

Location of the hotel is very good, close to the underground line and at a walking distance to the main shopping / restaurants street. The breakfast was quite copious, however the food was the same all days (we stayed 9 nights). The access to executive lounge was an advantage, it was very nice to be able to enjoy free drinks in the evening. The beds were comfortable and clean

The area is quiet in general, however at early morning hours we could hear the noise produced by street cleaners and delivery trucks. Maybe in colder seasons it will not be a problem (we kept our windows open)

The staff were extremely friendly. We got our room two hours before check-in. The room had a large balcony, although we did not pay extra for it. The breakfast was very rich. On the last day, we didn't have to leave the room until noon, and then our luggage was stored until we left. The location of the hotel is very close to the U-bahn station, there are many restaurants, shops and cafes in the area and the area is very pleasant. We would have been willing to pay more for a hotel like this. We will certainly be back.

We have no negative comments. Maybe it's just that breakfast is quite expensive (20 euros), but it's outweighed by the amount of things on offer.

Amazing hotel in a beautiful neighbourhood. Underground within 5 min walk and then only taking approx 5-10 mins into city centre whereas the location where the hotel is situated is not as busy but still plenty of shops/restaurants/bars. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Lots of storage space. Hotel staff are fantastic and easy to talk to. Full of great recommendations and very cheery. Hotel is wonderfully decorated in an art deco style. Breakfast was delicious. Lots of choices for hot and continental breakfast. Would definitely recommend including the breakfast and would 100% stay here again. Cannot wait to return.

The only slight issue I would say or could be an issue for others is that as we was on an end balcony room, it meant there was only room for one person outside at a time. It would of been nice to sit out together on an evening but to be honest this was not a dealbreaker.

rooms are good and nicely designed, for a family of 4 we booked 2 connected room, which was very comfortable the breakfast in the restaurant is great, with fresh fish and homemade yohurt.

that was a queue on the reception at our arrival at midnight, and the receptionist didn't find our booking, that took her about 20 min to find and confirm it. the hotel has some mismatch between the online checking which was proposed for us before we arrived, and the actual hotel registration system. Other guests also had issues with the checking in. The hotel's fitness/sauna are for extra money and they do not allow teenagers to use. That's sad, my boys wanted to go for the gim and pool.

Large, nice, very comfortable and clean room, very polite staff, absolutely great breakfast! Perfect parking, right under the hotel. I must mention that the hotel was really close to public transport, so it was in great location to go to the city centre.

There was a “smoking” smell in the room. It was difficult though to have the windows open for long time until it went away, the temperature was -2 to 0 degrees when we travelled to Berlin. I spoke to customer relations desk about it during our check out. I hope they did something after we left, so that the room has a nice atmosphere for the next person to stay there. 😌

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. The room was big, and new. We had a lovely terrace and we can see a nice view of the nice little garden and trees. Breakfast was superb. !!!!!! The location was excellent. A metro station was just 3 minutes walk.

The only event which was unpleasant was, that the two elevators which serve the guests broke down.......
