The hospitality of the staff. They are really accommodating and very helpful. So grateful for them and for sure. Would like to commend Lasha, Dea and George. You guys are awesome and very helpful. The location is near to the Metro and nice restuarants and bar. Will definitely stay again in this hotel.

Exceptionally clean new hotel with comfortable beds. Nice and cozy lobby, where you can work.

The walls are quite thin, so when the neighbor slams the door, the wall shudders. Soundproofing is quite good though. No central heating in the building, so the floor and the bathroom may be quite cold during the winter time, as you can heat the room with the ac only.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff were very helpful and exceedingly caring. The wonderful persons at the reception and those at the dining hall were very kind. I will never forget the smiling faces of Gigi, Etuna,Dachi, Lika, Keti, Tako and Salome. They were superb. Also, the housekeeping staff were very professional.

This was a second stay for us in this hotel and it's very lovely. Nice neighbourhood: supermarket, Badagi with best Georgian sweets churchela, designers shop with handmade crafts and bars are just 1-2 minutes walk. The hotel is very stylish, amazing lobby and lovely breakfast.

Bathroom door at 333 is poorly closing and you need to double check if the room door is closed when you leave.

In the heart of the city - clean - good value of money - city accessible for Tbilisi first time visitors - nice breakfast

rooms are too small - reception staff don’t know anything about tours or any activities to do in Tbilisi - no safe in rooms to put your things in - no hair dryer - no phone in rooms

Thank you Ibis Budget Team for marvelous stay. Firstly I want to thank the reception for hospitality and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing, waiters are very friendly. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable for sleeping. Location is perfect. Hotel offers you many free table games so you can have fun with the friends. Also they have a small yard inside. In Conclusion, this hotel satisfied my expectations. All the best wishes to whole Team.

I liked my clean and quiet room, convenient location and the beautiful view out of my window. Also I left my Apple Watch in the room. And the staff has returned me them after a few days since my check-out. Thank you so much!

Clean and super nice place in the city center. The staff was nice. The value for money was really good. Really liked the concepts around sustainability (water from cooler and no plastic cups).

I haven't checked what comes with a room, so it was a bit of a bummer that the room didn't have a hairdryer, slippers, and some holder for toothbrush.

It's freshly built, bright, and comfortable hotel with a very convenient location. Beautiful interior and exterior design. Excellent breakfast with good coffee. Worth every penny spent. Would definitely stay here again.

The hot water pressure was't very constant, but it's a common problem in the city. No big deal though.
