stunning place! absolutely worth the money and your time in Tbilisi. Great location in the city center and easy to get everywhere. Very stylish and modern place. We booked 3 rooms for our family and each of them were great : clean, cozy and spacious. We also really enjoyed restaurant downstairs for dinner. special thanks to the staff of the hotel, everyone was super friendly from the reservation process, when I had questions about bathrooms in the room, till the check out. oh and I fell in love with their “I want to sleep” rabbit toy that they use instead of ‘Do not disturb’ sign.

I wouldn’t say that we didn’t like it , just keep in mind that some rooms have “open” bathroom concept. 1 of our rooms (we booked 3 standard rooms) had see through windows from bedroom to bathroom. but the couple that stayed there didn’t really mind it ☺️

The staff of the hotel (all of them) are really helpful, friendly and genuinely welling to help. Always smiling and always find a solution for your problems. They always go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable.

The maintenance department need to do a better job. We have changed rooms at midnight while kids are sleeping cause the AC was not working and the room was extremely hot (August weather). We had to carry the kids move from room to room with our pajamas. Next day the new room also has a very poor AC, and we had to change to a 3rd room. Maintenance team need a push to do a better job.

Nice big rooms, excellent breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff. Strategic position right in the middle of downtown Tbilisi

The problem we had the first night at the hotel: they gave us a nice big corner room perfect for 2 plus 1 kid but the shower was leaking badly and every time we had a shower all the toilet was like a pool of water. So they gave us another room but it was way smaller: normally for the inconvenience an hotel of that level would have give us an even better, bigger room. I told them that the new room was too small for 3 then the next day they gave us a bigger room, good for 3 the but still not as big as the first. I guess the problem was that the were not other rooms of the biggest size. Anyways they were always super helpful and friendly.

The shower is powerful. ‏The bed is huge and very comfortable. ‏The location is in the city centre and close to all of the attraction. ‏we received a complimentary wine and fruits as a surprise for my birthday and this was very nice that they notice. ‏The hotel staff is courteous and helpful. ‏They kept the luggage in a cozy room. everything is excellent

The pool is very deep (160 cm) and I couldn’t stand in it freely. Therefore it is not practical for children. In addition, there is only a ladder to go down and no stairs, and as an older woman it was really inaccessible for me. This is disappointing because I specifically chose a hotel with a pool. In addition, the hotel is up a hill, so it is less convenient for adults to walk up and down the street all day. The breakfast is a bit expensive, so we didn’t go but instead ate at the nearby cafes. There is also a discount for hotel guests at the adjacent store.

The hotel is very modern looking, the staff at the reception speak English well and were very helpful throughout our stay and efficiently helped us deal with a couple issues we had... The location is PERFECT, near Freedom square, the old city, the river, etc'. We enjoyed walking around the area, and always felt safe. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the bath is very big and comfortable, there is under-floor heating which was very nice to have... As far as the hotel facilities go - the pool is small and deep (1.6-1.8m - kids beware!), and was a very nice addition to have.

The gym doesn't have many machines, and is more for cardio workout than an actual gym. We wish there would have been a jacuzzi... The bar didn't seem to be active most of our stay. Breakfast didn't seem worth the price - the hotel asks for 60 GEL per person, and it seems like you can get better value for money elsewhere... We had an issue with the hot water in our room (didn't work in the morning) - the hotel staff was very efficient, and fixed it within a couple hours.

Great hotel in a great location. Great sense of security in Tiblisi in general, and specifically around the hotel. I don't think I ever been in such a neighborhood where i felt so safe to walk around with my kids. The rooms was very clean and very comfortable. Beds are super comfy, and even our sofa-bed in our suite room was very good. Above all - the staff really went above and beyond to help and answer any questions we had. We even did a little mistake in the booking dates, and the hotel was happy to resolve and correct it. There is a nice pool downstairs, which the kids loved. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner is also great with some very tasty local dishes, and even things for the kids (who love only pizza and steak)... It was a very hot week, but hotel has AC all around, so coming back from a city hike was relaxing.

Nothing really. It was perfect...

The room is so spacious, and as per my request I wanted a balcony!. All toiletries were provided. The cleanliness was on point. The pillowcases and towels were changed everyday. I felt safe and welcomed throughout my stay. They have amazing staff.

The lights were so dimmed but it’s not an issue as I spent most of my day outside. The bathroom is small but I managed. There was no dressing table if you are a girl and you want to put makeup bring your mirror although they have a huge standing mirror which I really like so you look perfect before stepping outside.

A nice and luxurious hotel, in a good area of ​​Tbilisi. Big room, the pool is very nice and was useful for us since we were traveling with our kid. I received from the hotel staff a plate of fruit and a bottle of wine in honor of my birthday, which fell during my stay at the hotel.

The staff is kind but not always efficient. Several times there was no hot water in the shower and the staff did not really address our complaint, which was strange. In addition, the design of some of the rooms is such that the bathroom is completely transparent and can be viewed from the rest of the room. It is not suitable for every situation and for everyone, you should check before booking which room you get.

Our stay was truly exemplary. Its tranquil location, a rare find in the heart of the city, provided a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle, which we greatly appreciated. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional staff. Their professionalism, friendliness, and commitment to service were second to none. The room service was impeccable, with every detail attended to with the utmost care. This hotel undoubtedly lives up to its rating, offering not just a place to stay, but a remarkable experience.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable. They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. Their hospitality, support, assistance everything was wonderful. I love their behaviour and they are very welcoming. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 11am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send friends and family there. Overall, I had a great experience with the Shota Rustaveli Boutique Hotel.
