Le Pré du Moulin - Maison Alonso - Hôtel & Restaurant

The location and terrasse dining area were delightful, the superior room was spotless but the decor though extremely smart was rather too sombre for my taste and lighting inadequate for reading. We were on the ground floor without a terrace which was a little disappointing as apparently some superior rooms have them but not others. I would recommend one specifically requests them when booking. We enjoyed our 55 menu meal on the terrace. Tables are well spaced and it was a little pricey but the service was good and the waiter smiling and attentive throughout. All in all, a very pleasant one night stay.

A little tricky to find the hotel since there were no signs around the town. But once there it was a quiet, comfortable hotel. The room was fine although in some ways it was form over function ! An open shower meant water sprayed onto the floor; the toilet was separate and so tiny that you couldn't go in AND close the door; a few other oddities but no big deal. The hotel publicity said that the restaurant was closed on Sunday evenings from September. I called them and dinner was no problem. Not only that, the dining room was modern, very nice, busy and a really good atmosphere. Then came excellent cooking and presentation and lovely service

More thought on the bedroom design as above but otherwise fine

Very beautiful mas on the outskirts of a village. Incredible food. Food alone makes it worth a visit. Lovely pool for a dip when you arrive. Quiet at night for sleeping.

Being English our morning cup of tea in bed is very important! No kettle. Not even hot water to our room. This is just me being picky but there’s a coffee machine, don’t really understand why we couldn’t have a kettle! Also breakfast was very sweet, no savoury options and a little disappointing.

Beautiful building with a charming courtyard where you can enjoy your breakfast and evening meal. The food here was amazing and there was plenty of choice. Two different set menus plus an à la carte plus an extensive wine list with offerings of the local Chateaunerf du pap.

The room was a little small but there was a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens and courtyard. Very pleasant.

The yard is exceptional, the food is out of this world and will absolutely return for it. Beautiful pool, very quiet location and amazing ambiance.

Not sure… the room was a little warm at times, but we had 41’C so it’s not exactly normal times.

This is the kind of hotel you hope to find and I am happy that we did. It has a wonderful shady location in Provence with a large terrace with trees and a swimming pool. We had asked for vegetarian food and we had a wonderful meal. Everybody was lovely, the room was exceptional with a balcony overlooking a park and we loved the French breakfast.

Diner and breakfast really nice. Room clean and cool. Relaxing at poolside after the journey was a bonus!

Shower in the bath, no shower curtain, so no standing up under the shower. Had to sit in the bath, holding shower in one hand and try and wash. :-(

Fantastic breakfast and dinner in the lovely garden. Very comfortable room and spacious bathroom. Quiet and cozy place.

Flies. But quite natural cos there lots of trees and plants surrounding the hotel which we loved very much.

lovely old building with modern touches and finishes, great pool, lovely terrace. Bedroom was super clean, lovely little terrace, great room facilities including air conditioning, dinner was amazing, great produce and well balanced and presented, staff were all lovely, couldn’t be more helpful.
