Thé owner of the hotel Mr Jamel and her wife, very accommodating and responsive to the needs of their clients.Thank you for giving us a big room upstairs , nice beds ,very comfortable , so kind of you to offer us a breakfast .The bathroom is quite big with everything in it , shampoos and soap ,towels and electric fan in the room .The parking is good and safe . We spent a good time in this hotel. Hoping we can come back again.

The staff , Mr Jamel and her wife are responsive to the needs of their clients.They upgraded us by giving a family room upstairs as well as offering us a breakfast too. The room is comfortable especially the beds, bedsheets are clean ,there is hairdryer , shampoo and soap, toilet paper.Towels are provided and clean The parking is safe. Thé breakfast is good ,huge pain au chocolat and croissant I have eaten 😄Thank you .

Hosts were helpful and kind! Croissants were amazing at breakfast, and there was enough place to park the 7 cars of our whole family on site! Hosts turned on the heaters in each room before we arrived so the room was warm enough for the night.
The rooms are a bit basic and old but tenants said they were rehabilitating the château 🙂

We loved the welcome, nothing was too much trouble, very friendly and flexible. They even offered us some food as we’d checked in late and been driving.
We would have preferred a cot bed but that was our fault as we booked super late. It isn’t the fault of our hosts

Value for money, clean, comfortable. We didn‘t have the breakfast so can‘t comment. Shower was good. Location was good for us and was a short cycle into Elbeuf proper. We were able to store our bikes in a garage overnight. The hosts were friendly and helpful when I got confused by being given an electronic badge, a key and a code. Badge was for the back door, key for our room and code for the front gate. My fault for poor French and a poor memory.
