What a fantastic place for an overnight stop, we wish we could have stayed longer. It was easy to find and not far off the motorway. The building itself is fabulous, a renovated mill. The room where breakfast was served still had a lot of original features. The room was large and airy and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was very spacious with a great shower. Lots of little details to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Lots of places round about to walk the dogs. We felt relaxed on leaving and ready to continue our journey. We would definitely stay again. Very friendly hosts.

Outstanding hospitality from the owner, Florian who ensured we had an exceptional stay. Jolysable provides generous sized accommodation of a high standard in beautiful and tranquil surroundings, with easy access to motorway and shops. The gardens of Jolysable were beautifully maintained with a section for animals, including sheep, chickens and goats where we enjoyed sitting at the waters edge. The peacock proudly paraded throughout the grounds throught our stay.

The breakfast being included in the price was a bonus and set us up for our onward journey. Good choice with lovely, fresh croissants and bread and homemade yogurt. Coffee was delicious and piping hot. The room we were given was part of a family unit which had its own hallway with separate toilet and bathroom. It was close to the motorway for easy access, but still peaceful enough to not hear any noise. There was a lovely garden area and outside some fields to exercise our dogs. It wasn’t far to get to the centre where we had drinks and a lovely meal

We could have done with some butter/margarine to go with our breakfast, but that was our fault for not asking for some anyway

We stayed one night at this lovely property on route to the ferry. The property is a renovated water mill, and has been finished to a high standard. The grounds are lovely and there are lots of chickens, peacock, ducks, otters on the lake etc. Would love to stay again in warmer months to experience the surroundings more as it was extremely cold and frosty. The bedroom was really comfortable and cosy. The host made us feel really welcome. The breakfast was lovely with home made yoghurt, jams, croissants toasts etc and coffee. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

More than met our expectations. Convenient and tranquil location walking distance from Pons centre with good choice of restaurants and bars. Very warm welcome from Floriane on arrival explaining where everything was etc. Great room and facilities and perfect if you have a small dog.. Fab breakfast and wonderful gardens and lake ! we will definitely be returning there.

A beautiful place to stay and loved the animals. I would have gone to have a closer look at them but thought I'd do it in the morning before leaving. Sadly it was raining too hard to do that. It was a handy place to stop off on our journey north. The welcome was warm and the accommodation private and comfortable. The homemade yogurt in the morning was particularly delicious as were the home made jams.

I found the decor a little strange but that room is, apparently, often used for children. Not strange enough to put me off staying there again. I would recommend it.

It was absolutely wonderful. It is one of the most beautiful properties we ever stayed in! They put so much thought into designing the bedroom and kitchen, with lots of lovely interesting touches. It was so peaceful just walking around the lake and the menagerie of animals. There were different sitting areas in the large gardens. The breakfast was lovely. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. We hope to stay there longer the next time.

The property was amazing, as was our host. For me it was like stepping in to the perfect combination of a gorgeous old, lovingly restored, building and huge beautiful gardens filled with all sorts of animals. Breakfast was lovely and the jams were all home made! from their own produce - I bought a dozen freshly laid eggs to take to our friends….fab. This is my observation - it is not a complaint just information and should not put you off (we will definitely be staying again)….in our bedroom there was a slight musty smell due to the age of the building. Pons was only a short stroll away and our dinner recommendation was basic but very good (steak, salad and chips). Jolysable was close to our onward route and conveniently there was a fuel station which was refreshingly reasonable!!

In my opinion here was nothing to not like.

The location was lovely for a relaxing break. The property was beautifully renovated, the gardens, lake, (animals also 😊), beautiful place, I wish I could have stayed longer, 100% will stay there when passing through that part of France again. The hosts were so friendly and great breakfast too. Rooms spotlessly clean, and with person touch/deco, all very tastefully done. I would highly recommend this place, I loved it.

This property is a fantastic find, and we will endeavour to stay here again. If offers exceptional value, with comfortable bed and very good breakfast. Clair, the proprietor, was not available but her husband (I cannot remember his name) was very friendly and patient with our lack of French. He provided directions for a cheap petrol station for the next morning. The breakfast was varied with home made yogurts, jams, various pastries, excellent coffee and eggs if you chose.

Our SatNav seemed to take us on a tour before we eventually found the property. Initially thought the signage could have been better but when we left the property the next morning we noticed additional signage, so we assume we came via an unusual route.
