Kyriad Prestige Perpignan Centre del Mon

A fine hotel with a great staff, this hotel is well sited at one end of the Perpignan train station complex. It was perfect for us leaving for Barcelona in the morning, just a few minutes walk to the platform. Nonetheless the hotel was very quiet and private. They have a great breakfast buffet with everything one could want in a nice dining room. As for the staff, they were outstanding. The desk person kindly recommended a very good restaurant and when we asked him to make reservations for us he did so, even though it took several tries to reach the restaurant. We enjoyed an excellent meal. When we packed to leave and catch our train we overlooked our phone charger. While walking to the platform a hotel person caught up with us and returned the charger. I can't speak highly enough about this hotel and most especially the excellent staff.

Everything was great. It was all exceptional.

The room and the view of the Canigou with snow and a beautiful sunset. Breakfast was really nice. Carmen was extremely helpful. Coffee was delicious and the choice were really nice. Room was extremely comfy. Proximity of nice restaurants. Convenience when you take the train at the Perpignan station.

The access to the parking lot where you have to ring someone each time. Check in facility could have been faster as there was only one person at the desk. The city center is a bit far walking, but taking the river path makes it nice.

Stayed here for one night for an onward train journey the next day. Very easy access to the train station on foot. Reception staff were very nice. Room was very clean and comfortable. Aircon was great during hot weather. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment but did have a drink at the bar area which had welcoming air-conditioning.

Like alot of cities, the area around the train station is not the most welcoming but felt very safe and secure in the hotel. Would recommend it for a stay for easy access to the train station

Modern, spacious, well-equipped, air-conditioned room with all the required facilities and fast WiFi provided. The hotel itself is located next to train and municipal/regional/international bus stations, only a short walk away from the city centre (via an underground passage accessible from the adjacent shopping mall - leave the hotel lobby through an internal door behind the reception desk and head downstairs).

Nothing really. Note: if you have any proprietary DNS servers set up on your device (e.g. Google's) you'll need to disable it (i.e. use automatic DNS discovery) to be able to access the Internet.

Spacious room, great bathroom the parking was excellent and a lift from the parking straight into the hotel. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was good and the staff in the breakfast hall were very helpful and happy to show me how to use the coffee machines.

Bed was a little hard and the space man decor needs changing, very odd.

Extremely helpful and friendly reception staff. A good parking facility (underground garage with a 2.1 height) offered at a discounted hotel rate (note: you should go to level -3 which is the hotel's own). Great location - only 10-15 minutes from the centre, and right by the SNCF station. Very reasonably priced for a French city centre.

After spending money on old overpriced hotels in Paris it was a pleasure to find this gem. The gentleman at reception was very helpful and booked us into a local restaurant that was great. The room was large, clean, modern and had a fantastic breakfast. Just what we found was perfect at the end of our holiday. I thought it was well priced.

We filtered on “electric vehicle charging point” as we were driving to Spain with an EV. But unfortunately, it was only a normal socket with a charging power of only about 1 kW. So our car was only a little bit charged after the evening and night at the hotel. And of course, we had hoped to leave Perpignan with a full battery.

The. Hotel itself was in general very clean, staff were very professional and helpful. The room sizes were quite a substantial size. This hotel is ideal for travellers especially as the railway and bus stations are virtually next door, yet the hotel rooms were very quiet. Breakfast food and variety were sufficient and substantial.

There is no comment to be made

This was the second time that I have stayed here. It has an excellent location near to the train station and town and, if you have a car, it is perfect for seeing the sea and the mountains. The staff were very helpful and friendly and everything was clean and comfortable. It has a convenient car parking below. The hotel was very covid aware.

Nothing really. Wished a couple of times that the hotel had 'do not disturb' signs for the door, but that's nothing.
