It was a lovely spacious property , well stocked with tea, coffee and some delicious chocolates and cake. The bed was really comfortable and there was plenty of storage. It was a peaceful environment and the views from the balcony were stunning. The best aspect of our stay however was our wonderful host Elizabeth. From the offset she was so kind and helpful in her communication, offering to book us into a local restaurant as Monflanquin gets busy. She also recommended a lovely market at Ville Réal which we visited on the Saturday morning. We found her warmth and sincerity enchanting and although we stayed only 3 nights it felt like we’d known her for much longer. We will definitely return to stay at this stunning property and area.

What an amazing stay we had at the beautiful 39 Tour de Ville! Elizabeth was an absolutely amazing host and made us feel like family. the room was beautiful, clean and very spacious with a living room area which was unexpected, The view was stunning, and to wake up to it every morning with a gorgeous French breakfast was such a treat. We had to attend a wedding in the area and Elizabeth was extremely helpful and arranged travel for us on more than one occasion. A stunning location a beautiful friendly host and an amazing holiday spot we will definitely be back thankyou so much for making our stay so memorable xxx

The pictures do not do the home justice. We loved the charm of the house and the beautiful views whilst having a delicious french breakfast served by Elizabeth. We stayed for a wedding weekend and Elizabeth was very flexible regarding are plans and supportive in helping us arrange travel over the weekend. Her knowledge of the local town and recommendations were welcomed greatly.

We absolutely loved staying at Elizabeth’s house. We felt incredibly well looked after and completely at ease there. The breakfast on the balcony every morning was blissful; with the gorgeous views below. Elizabeth was a wonderful host and we couldn’t fault a thing!

I had the best stay with Elizabeth, she couldn’t have done more for me! The town and location is stunning, and Elizabeth had lots of great recommendations of what to do. I was staying for a wedding but I’ll definitely be coming back to explore further.

Our hostess was very friendly, and went out of her way to assist us. She is exceptionally knowledgable about Monflanquin, and its restaurants, shops, and surroundings, all of which was very helpful to us. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of fresh fruit, and the table is laid on the veranda with its gorgeous view. We also sat out there in the evenings and watched the house martins swooping about. We were supplied with sheets for the hot nights, and fresh towels.

It starts with the greatest hostess you could desire. She sweet, extremely helpful en a joy to meet. Then the room is soooo large and well equipped. And completely clean. It is situated right at the edge of the old Bastille, but with ample parking space and even a working charging station for our electrical car around the corner. We slept well, enjoyed the view of our balcony, on which we had a lovely breakfast every morning. Simply delightful!

Nothing, absolutely nothing. Everything was there! Perfect.

Friendly owner, couldn't do enough for us even provided some bread and eggs for our onward motorbike tour the next morning, property is located within walking distance to the centre.

For a man traveling on a motorbike with friends then the place was perfect in every way

Elizabeth is an amazing host! Such a kind, lovely and helpful lady and she went above and beyond for us. The breakfast is fab and the accommodation is just perfect for a long weekend away for a wedding. The balcony has such gorgeous views and is perfect for enjoying breakfast or a glass of wine. Would highly recommend!!

Elizabeth, our host, couldnt have been more helpful and accommodating. She has a beautiful home, with the most amazing relaxing atmosphere. The view is incomparable and Elizabeth served our breakfast on the balcony. Unfortunately, we only had one night's stay but we already want to return. Thank you so much, Elizabeth.
