not possible to buy a hot drink in the evening, shower curtain instead of a door and no kettle.

We had a lovely stay of nearly a week here. The location is perfect being across the road from the beach and a short, interesting wander to the town of Menton. The room was very comfortable and superbly clean with nice linen. The owners of this family run hotel are friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We felt most welcome here.

Had only booked this for a one night stay. Staff very friendly and helpful! Room was clean and updated. Huge balcony with the room!!

Shower floor was almost even with the bathroom floor so hard to take a shower without making a mess; getting water on the floor. Also, the air conditioning unit was full of black dust on the one area. I advised the front desk upon our check out the next morning that it needed to be cleaned, new filter...something.

This is our favourite place in the south of France for the last 5 years. Price/quality is amazing. Right in front of the sea. a great underground parking for big SUV is available (which is rare in France). AC worked perfectly!

A minor thing, but totally understandable. With every previous visit the rooms were already cold, before our arrival, but this time the owners forgot to turn an ac on. Not a big deal. Also the shower handle is soon to be replaced. Nothing else other than that.

It was a very ok one-night stay, all clean and tidy. Great location.

The parking was wierdly (unconfortable) connected to the hotel and we had to pay extra for it. Same with breakfast, we had to pay for it. Both were overpriced in my opinion, totaling an overpriced stay for its worth.

Excellent location. French hotels don't seem to have facilities as much like a bar compared to the UK. Room was great, staff superb and i was able to walk to everywhere I needed from the location. Having the Med right outside helped too!

W-Fi was variable - many times I had to log out of it and log in again - sometimes just used my phones 4G (at what cost from the UK). When it worked it was fast and excellent - didn't happen often enough.

The hotel is in a great location opposite the beach and prom with all of the bars and restaurants. The owners and staff are friendly and very helpful, nothing is too much trouble. We would defiantly stay here again

Perfect location. Parking garage. Right next to the sea and walking distance to old town. Beautiful view of the old town when you step out of the front door of the hotel. Really good croissants for breakfast. Hotel staff/owners are really friendly.

The street can be noisy at times, but that's the same for all hotels here.

We booked a room with a balcony and seaview and what a beautiful view we had, stunning, the couple who own hotel were so friendly and accommodating and the location was perfect

Great value for money and excellent location - out of main touristic traffic and close to beaches and the city centre. Very friendly and approachable staff. Clean and well-equipped room. Comfortable Daily room-service. Free public parking nearby.

Lack of hangers and racks in the room. We managed to dry our clothes after the beach on the heater, but it would be more convenient to use a rack for that.
