Hotel Lemon

Our experience with the hotel was absolutely stunning. We got the best room and the value for money was great. Our room had 2 balconies and the whole atmosphere was so "French like". We were also facing the beautiful green garden of the hotel. Everything was really clean and the bed comfy. It is right in the center of everything and 2 min from the train station. Good thing is that you can't really hear the trains. There is also a school right besides, but the noise doesn't really bother at all, mostly because we were in town most of the time and just resting for a bit in the room. Overall great experience, I would definitely return here and totally recommend it.

Everything was stunning.

We enjoyed the lush patio with lots of plants and cozy seating for both breakfast and lounging in the evenings. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast plentiful (by french standards). Room is basic nothing fancy, good value for money in Menton.

Summer is hot though and the room gets warm. There is an old basic fan and blinds in the window, but if you're sensitive to heat it won't be enough. If you can live without A/C, or you're booking off season - you'll be fine.

Great location in menton with very easy acces to the railway station for monaco. Less than 10 minutes walk to the main town and seafront Small friendly hotel. Better than expected breakfast. Good choice of fresh fruit, bakery items, cheese, yoghurt etc. Excellent coffee machine. Very clean throughout Nice garden for sun downers or night cap (no bar you need to take your own in .. be considerate garden is right under bedrooms)

It isn't so much we didnt like but it should be noted that the bathrooms especially in the slightly cheaper street side rooms are very small, our shower was tucked in behind the toilet

Stayed for one night and it’s a great option next to the train station for the value. Can easily walk into Menton and then perfect if you have an early train somewhere else. Staff were very helpful and took luggage from storage to room, wonderful breakfast included and the rooms are updated as well as quite large. Quiet location.

There is no lift so it is a lot when hauling luggage up and down.

Location was great, 5 mins from train station & 5 mins from seafront, staff were friendly, attentive & helpful, general ambience was nice (very French), the price was great and the lovely garden where we had breakfast was a little oasis. Highly recommended.

Very little, shower was a bit tight but I would have a bigger build - my wife found it fine.

This little charming hotel is situated in a totally quiet corner near to the city center, just a five minute walk to the sea. Its wonderful garden is a secret place with bougainvilleas, lemontrees, blossoming flowers, the breakfast is extraordinary good with lots of fresh fruits, homemade cake, special cheeses, served on plates and little tablets that underline the very romantic feeling of this little hotel. The rooms are simple but clean. I definitely will return sometime…..

Beautiful little gem of a hotel. It's really quirky, and fun. Super clean and the staff are amazing. Great location. Opened my window and the sounds of classisal music practice for the opposite building added to it's charm. Beautiful little courtyard to chill and relax. Would highly recommend 😊

it’s a lovely old hotel with lots of authentic additions like the original shutters. The staff were great and very friendly.

the shower was a bit tricky and shot round and sprayed out when you switched the water on, so it was easier to hold on to it. I don’t know if a better holder could be fitted. We would’ve found it really helpful to have had advice about parking (I should’ve asked) as Google sent me to lots of car parks that weren’t 24 hour.

This hotel is excellent for train travellers, walking distance from the station and to great restaurants and beaches. The setting is superb and the breakfast was great. We felt very welcome. Sorry we could only stay one night. Definitely recommend for travelers of all ages.

Nothing at all.

Very good location close to the train station, beach, restaurant and stores. Room was modern and nice, only thing I missed was a refrigerator. Staff were nice.

The air condition didn't make the room any colder which made the night a bit too warm. The shower made the whole bathroom floor into a pool and there were no drain. Also its't near a school so it was a lot of noice already at 8 in the morning.
