Location it is 15mins quick walk and 20-25mins walk easy pace to the Lourdes Grotta. Staff very helpful. Room was good size. Kitchen facilities good.
The AC did not work at all due to mechanical problem. They said that it will soon be resolved and repaired but not during our stay. Contact hotel before your stay and make sure that the AC has been repaired. Wifi dead no reception at all.

I had an overnight flight and arrived at the station about 7:30 am. I was so glad when at about 12:00 am I received an email from the residence with the instructions on how to enter the premises if no one was available at the reception. The fact that I didn’t have to wait until 2:00 pm for the checking was a bonus. Also the flat was very clean, plenty of towels and everything I needed( I picked up the box with plates, pans, cutlery etc at the reception). The location is about 25 min walking from the station and 17 min from the grotto.
To turn the lights on we have to insert a card and every time we take the card out all the lights and appliances ( including the fridge) turns off. This was a bit letdown for me as I had food in the fridge and if I stayed all day out they would go waste. Also couldn’t leave anything charging such as iPad because of this issue.

The location is convenient, about 14 minutes of walk from the Sanctuary of Notre Dame of Lourdes, peaceful location, easy to park the car. The room was convenient and had everything we needed
The smell of a cigarettes in the room as somebody smoked there before. Bed could be more comfy.

Very friendy staff, we had to stay a day longer than planned they had no issues with it and extended the stay easily, very nice people would definitely recommend staying here.
