Quality Hotel Christina Lourdes

I liked the location it s very central perfect to go to the sanctuary. Just a 7 minute walk in the middle of many Restaurants too. The room was clean.

The bathroom was hard to handle. And we honestly tried to avoid using the loo in the room. The shower is like 3cm next to the loo barely space to turn. Everything gets wet it s just not nice.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wifi is excellent. Breakfast was good. Beds were very comfortable. Bath and shower were in each bathroom. Good air conditioning. Only an 8-10 minute walk to Lourdes Sanctuary.

Door keys kept getting deactivated during stay, but this was resolved by reception without any problems.

Breakfast was fine and the two staff who served us were a credit to the hotel. On arriving at the hotel I think we received what must have been the warmest reception we have ever received. I just mentioned to the cleaning ladies it was a little cold within minutes she arrived with an electric fire and a few minutes later another arrived via the delightful maintenance man. Apparently I think something was wrong with the heating, however later in the day the problem was gone.

Only two electric sockets in the room with 4 beds, one on a wall perhaps 2 foot up and one under the desk by the floor which was very difficult to get to.

Location. Within walking distance of attractions but in a quiet area. Car parking on site. Staff were welcoming. Aircon was appreciated.

First night's dinner was delicious but rushed. The restaurant was closing early 19:30, so we could only have a set menu. No drinks were offered

Balcony overlooking the lovely river with short walk to restaurants and shops. Great comfortable bed. Staff all helpful and friendly.

No fridge in room and noise from the street below. Hotel bar closed at 10pm.

Great Hotel and exceptionally clean. Very polite and friendly staff. Only a couple of minutes walk to the centre of town. Parking facilities for motorcycles in under cover garage, was an excellent choice for us. Saved them getting wet. Great hotel and highly recommended.

I like the location, and the treat given by the property staff. The breakfast is great, and with a cheap cost.

The bed is okay, but didn’t have nice pillows. They have a machine to warm water, for tea and coffee, but was dirty in my room. Everything else was okay.

Bed was very comfortable. Lovely views over the river from our room, as well as from the top floor Terrace. We dropped our luggage then parked our car in the Hotel's secure garage located only a few minutes walk away and had no need to use it again until our departure as we were within walking distance to everything.

I really enjoy my morning coffees and the expresso from the machine at breakfast was not nice at all. My Husband's hot chocolate was good though.

the terrace on the roof of the hotel: minigolf, chess table and seat all really nice but a bit more cleaning in the area could make them all more pleasant

In general the apartment was good and nice location close to Lourdes, also it had 2 bathroom which was good since we were 4pax

No free parking in front of hotel but there is a free parking at around 500m away. It's not too bad
