Kyriad Hotel Strasbourg Lingolsheim

Spacious room and clean, we had a room for disable people, so it had allot of spaces. The breakfast had many tasty choices. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The carpark is not always available, since it's shared with a restaurant and the hotel. When we arrived on Friday evening, it was impossible to find a space due to the cars of the restaurant customers, we had to find a parking a bit further on the street. our room had a sewer smell coming from the bath room, we shared the issue with the staff, they tried helping us with some products, but it remained. We could hopfully close the batroom door and sleep well, but we could not enjoy very much the batroom.

This is a real 3-star hotel. It provides what it promises. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was clean with all the basics you need. There is a free car park. Although not a new hotel, the room was still in quite a good condition. Nothing really to complain about. The reception staff was friendly, though there were some misunderstandings. You might need a car to get to this location, though there is a bus stop near, and the bus runs quite frequently. This is a good hotel for a night or two when in Strasbourg.

At check-out, if we had't been careful, breakfast would have been added to our invoice, though we did not have any, and at third try, the reception staff managed to match their numbers with the price we were to pay (Booking.com price). So, all in all, problem got solved, though took some time and attention.

The hotel is very clean, the staff very friendly. The hot is located outside the center (40 minutes by bus). However the bus station is outside the hotel and it is very easy for a visitor to use it and go to the center.

The elevator was 3 out of the six days of my stay out of order. Also the wifi is not very good.

The staff was friendly and the town had several places for our family to eat meals. The hotel was located on the highway and it was close to Strasbourg. We were thankful that a front worker spoke English. The staff had made up the bed on the couch for our kids.

Our shower sprayed out of the tub and got the floor wet. If we had stayed a second night, then we would have asked for help.

Breakfast was fine, very good indeed…the staff have been very trustworthy, we forgot a wallet with £ in money, the hotel phoned me, we were an hour away in Colmar…we went back to get it…very trustworthy indeed….we appreciated this gesture very much…great thanks to very trustworthy staff, well done Kyriad Lingolsheim, we’ll go there again and shall recommend it to our friends and relatives.

We would especially like to thank Tibo who solved our problem with the mini bar/fridge in couple of hours, when the girl from the staff (we approached her the day before) said nothing could be done about this problem. So thank you very much for your efforts Tibo (not sure about the name spelling :)!

We stayed one night during our travel between Germany and Spain and were absolutely happy with everything. We had a cosy, spacious family room that was perfect and with very relaxing beds, lovely mattresses for our taste. I appreciated the bathtub after the long ride. In walking distance to the hotel there are a few restaurant options that were sufficient for our needs. The breakfast choice in the morning was really nice regarding the fact that we were almost the only guests. My children loved the yoghurt ice machine that was available to use during breakfast time. Not to forget the lovely personnel - all of them were absolutely friendly and helpful. Thank you for our lovely stay - if we pass by again we'll definitely stay another night!

The hotel was exactly as expected and was more than enough for my needs (a stop-over during a long drive). Clean, big room, comfortable bed and big bathroom. Good breakfast in the morning and very fair price.

I did not like their policy of blocking a certain amount on my credit card. It has never happened to me before but I was told it is a common policy.

Great hotel to stay, far enough from Strasbourg centre to have free parking, but close enough to go even with public transportation. Excellent value for money. Very good breakfast and good coffee. Helpful and smiling staff. And a very comfy bed.

There was a periodic very light "tapping" sound coming somewhere from behind the walls. Also the fridge (mini-bar) did not work, but could have been useful for the New Years eve - wasn't a big issue because it was cold enough outside.

Nice and clean hotel, free parking. About 15/20 minutes from centre of Strasbourg. We had two rooms which were a nice size and ample room, tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. Sink in one of the rooms was blocked so water wouldn't go down, staff tried to fix 3 times but no joy, apart from that had a nice stay.
