Nice environment and atmosphere. Great staff, professional and friendly.

I didn't like the breakfast buffet and their coffees.

Comfortable bed and nice room. Free parking.

Bathroom was a bit small.

The rooms were modern & comfortable as were the pillows. We had a room close to the road but it did not bother my husband (i sleep with earplugs). I cannot comment on the facilities as we did not use any of it due to arriving a bit late. The restaurant was closed so they gave us a voucher for a restaurant about 10-15 min walk away. We did not manage to find the correct restaurant but found one called "Hippopotamus" which was amazing, great food & a great vibe! We had free parking for our motorbikes which we chained to a bike rack in the parking lot. I saw they have chargers for electrical cars. We did not have breakfast so I cant comment on that. The staff spoke English which was of great help. They have hairdryers in the bathroom and enough space for motorbike panniers to put on the floor. They have shutters so you can make the room nice & dark. They have free nuts in the lounge that you can crack with a tool-nice touch.

A pity the restaurant was closed but we ended up having a great meal at another restaurant in walking distance.

The room was comfortable and with the facilities we needed. The staff were v helpful especially Severina on the front desk and the v helpful gardener who helped me with my heavy icebox to my car during checkout.

Our room was on the 1st floor and we weren’t aware that is this no lofts and with a lot of luggage and a fully loaded heavy ice box I had to take it up the stairs to the first floor when we arrived v late at night with no one around to ask for help and had to look for the entrance to the building where my room was, although I did have instructions the sign posting was poor and we could not find it right away as most of the place was lit very dimly. Car park was v far and I could not get the car close to the entrance. I’d suggest for the comfort of your customers you may want to think of installing a basic lift. This will also help the elderly.

Dinner: Menu is quite limited in terms of choices. The quality has room for improvement. It’s out of sync with the price and clouds the overall experience of staying at Pomo. Kids Dinner: Menu, it should have more choices for the main dish and the choices should be more suitable for kids taste, not just Steak Hache and Chee’s Raviolis. Good would be: some Pasta options, French fries, chicken nuggets and some crisp vegies with it to make it a bit more balanced
