On arrival, the receptionist (Charlie) was incredibly helpful, and changed our room to one on the ground floor with a wet room - very useful for a wheelchair user. Since we had thunderstorms the 2 evenings we were there, our kitchen was used to make meals, and avoid us getting wet! Tram no 1 to the centre of Dijon is very convenient.

We could have done with a second, smaller saucepan in the room, and an opener for beer bottles. Also, I could only find 5 channels on the TV - the normal range of free French channels did not seem to be available.

The room was clean and spacious, and contained all the little things you need. The beds were nice to sleep in, with great pillows. Breakfast was great, with warm bread and much choice. The employee was very helpful. Whilst the apartments are somewhat far from the center, the location is great. On the university campus, where it’s nice and quite.

It was warm in the room, although we should probably have closed the outside blinds during the day to keep the heat out.

Great location, huge room, comfy bed, easy to catch the tram into the centre of Dijon and very peaceful surroundings as it is well away from busy roads.

It was difficult to navigate to the property address due to numerous dead end roads on the university campus. The correct address for the car park is 15 Rue Recteur Marcel Bouchard, 21000, Dijon Alternatively in Google Maps search for 'Parking maison international'

Spacious and modern room with a nice kitchen, bathroom and desk area. The beds (two singles, close together) were very comfortable and the house was quiet. You could hear and see the Tram (not really disturbing noisewise) and the station was close-by which was convenient. Overall a great stay, especially considering the price. If you‘re only passing by Dijon and not planning to visit the city: think again - it‘s incredibly beautiful.

The bathroom had some spots on the floor, but the rest was very clean. An earlier message on how to check in without having to ask for information first myself would have been more pleasant. But it all worked out well.

The location is quiet and interesting being part of the University of Dijon. these types of locations are always quiet and that was a bonus. The tram ride was a few hundred metres from the hotel and a 20-minute ride into the centre of Dijon which meant no parking to get dinner etc.

Getting to and into the hotel was efficient but as part of campus, it requires some finding of the entrance. More instructions about where the Keypad would have helped (it is on the left of the door about 2metres away) and then instructions on how to find the room, lifts etc. because there is no staff at the hotel to assist. Soap, shampoo etc. did not appear to be provided, but in the morning I found a cup with soap hidden away in the bathroom. There was a kitchen but no glasses, cups or plates, the kitchen does set an expectation.

We were dropping our son off at Dijon University and as we were coming from the U.K. we decided to make a holiday of it. The location was perfect, directly opposite our son’s student residence and with the tram going through the campus, we were able to leave the car at the hotel and travel in and out of Dijon very cheaply and easily. The room was spacious and comfortable and very quiet.

Someone had smoked in our room before us and there was a lingering smell. The crockery in the kitchen cupboard was dirty.

the bathroom and the bedroom are very clean and modern. big window with electric shutters (bright and safe) the building itself is nice and clean it was very close to the city centre - only a couple of minutes drive (2.5km maybe) - very nice and quick to have dinner out

this is me being fussy on demand: there was zero vegan options for coffee/breakfast - had to do without

Very friendly reception. Spacious room with very comfortable bed, & good bathroom. Clean Good wifi Lift.

Although car parking was about 70m from the apartment, it was still possible to unload our car outside the main Adonis university building and hence to the lift and our apartment. The apartment was somewhat bland, and did not have a cosy feeling. There was no coffee machine, washing up liquid, tea towel etc.

Comfortable and mostly clean. Free parking.

A long way out of town but the tram stop is very close and they are easy to use. Very difficult to find in the car, the directions via the app are not even close, you need to find the back road.

Room was incredibly spacious and would have been comfortable for a longer stay more than some other tiny hotel rooms I've stayed in. The receptionist was also very friendly greeting us.

The parking was really difficult to find. We ended up parking in the Crous lot just down the street and walked because we didn't understand the instructions.
