A lovely well located hotel with a charming garden and courtyard area with a very nice air conditioned room.

We booked breakfast but when we went down at around 9:30am on a Sunday morning there was only a limited selection of food available for the money. So we decided to cancel the breakfast reservation which was a shame as the surroundings were so nice in the restaurant and the garden. However, there are plenty of lovely French Cafes close by and we had a lovely breakfast just a few minutes away. Furthermore, older and less mobile guests should check that they aren’t going to be located in a second floor room which can only be accessed via a long and twisting stone staircase.

Staff were amazingly friendly, welcoming and helpful. We brought our dog with us and they couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly towards him. He was a little local super star. The reception girls all came out to greet him. We then asked the reception to help us find a place to eat as we had decided not to eat in the hotel but to venture in to town. They were very helpful even phoning through and making a reservation for us.

Parking at the property is quite limited. They offered for us to park opposite in an underground car park however unfortunately our car is rather large and was above the 1.9m height restriction. Therefore we had to 15 minutes walk away. Not the hotel’s fault at all but perhaps a consideration for others to think about. We thought breakfast was a little underwhelming but that’s just our opinion - others have reported it to be “too much” so I’m not sure how the hotel can win on this front!

Very nice up to date room, the staff were all lovely, the hotel is in the heart of Dijon and there is parking at the hotel or nearby. Not particularly cheap but worthwhile. I would definitely stay again. Dijon itself was much nicer than I expected, with a fashionable and well appointed centre near to the market area around 7 minutes walk from the hotel. I would encourage anyone staying to take the opportunity to explore.

Tiny minus point was the lighting in the restaurant. Food and service was good and the food interesting but the atmosphere was let down a little by overly bright lighting.

Dijon is a beautiful city. This hotel is in a good position to walk into the centre. We had our dog and we were made to feel very welcome. The room was plain and perhaps needs some repair as behind the side tables there were various holes in the wall, but it was clean and very comfortable. The old character of the building is delightful and probably could be brought into the bedrooms as they are a little plain considering the historic building.

Nothing to dislike, but would always welcome an electric charging point at hotels for electric cars. There was one in the parking lot opposite the hotel, but we were not told about that, so missed out as by the time we knew the 3 spaces available had been taken.

Lovely courtyard setting. Close to town centre facilities but quiet. Well presented rooms. Great breakfast.

This was a second stay. First was in main hotel with elevator, but this stay was in a historic part of the hotel with a narrow, steep stone spiral staircase that was difficult with luggage, however staff did offer to assist with that so should have accepted the offer. I will say that the room for the second stay was a much more generous size.

Nice spot in the heart of Dijon - lovely and clean, en-suite excellent. Staff were also great. Would stay again if visiting Dijon.

Not sure whether it was Booking.com more so than the hotel, but we did book a double and a twin room when online, upon arrival it was apparent the hotel were unaware and we ended up with two doubles, not ideal for the kids. As the hotel was fully booked they couldn’t accommodate a twin room frustratingly.

We had booked a parking space in the small courtyard area which was really useful - our room was well appointed and although we were opposite the small lift it didn't disturb us at all . There were complimentary drinks in the minibar and the bathroom was lovely with good quality fittings [ fabulous Grohe shower!!] We had an excellent evening meal in the hotel restaurant too

Honestly cannot think of a negative comment!

Really nice hotel centrally located, so easy access to the shops, bars and restaurants in a beautiful city! Note: there are only 5 car spaces, so booking is advisable, although we noticed a car park just across from the hotel when we arrived, but no idea re costs.

Breakfast is at an additional cost and I think you could get better value for money in the centre, but too late now!

Perfectly located for shops, restaurants and historic centre of Dijon. Our standard dbl room (32), although small was beautifully decorated and kitted out with everything you could want including complimentary soft drinks in the fridge. Super comfy bed, the most amazing shower, usb point & very good aircon. Lovely staff. Great bar where you can have excellent light bites. Lovely staff and a beautiful property.

Nice location, super helpful staff, such as miss Marine, who helped us out with a parking issue for our mini van. The patience and personal care is wonderful. The staff at reception are all wonderful and speak fluently English. Mini bar with a few free beverages at the room. Nice bar and restaurant is also good.

We are not a fan of carpet flooring for hygiene reasons and we missed electricity / charging stations near the bed.
